Patti welcomed all the newbies by getting to know each person individually. Patti did a great job keeping her eye on every single person while gently reminding you of how to keep good form when doing each exercise. I signed up because they told me they were going to have a specific time and then when they created the schedule they did not include that time. After a month of no times I could go I called and asked them to cancel my membership. Now a few months later I am getting calls from a collection agency from Rockbox sending me to collections. I have called, emailed and attempted to show up in person and cannot get in touch with them. Customers Beware!!
