I started attending NLF in 2017 and have been a member on and off throughout the years for various reasons, but every time I need to get back on track, they're the only ones I trust to get me there. Since moving to Viera, the distance and my schedule made it difficult to make the trek to West Melbourne. I attempted a multitude of program alternatives over the last few years, but they weren't as effective and I just couldn't stick to them. Just weeks before they announced their Suntree location, I was literally telling my husband how I wished I could find something like them up here. Now, I don't have to wish for something like them; they're here! Mike and the team put together great programs that maximize efficiency and never feel stale. They put thought into everything they do. They do their research and are always looking for ways to evolve. I never catch myself wondering why I'm doing something while I'm there. There's no BS or fluff. They keep it real, and you can trust that whatever they're asking you to do is for your own good. I especially appreciate the small group structure. It fosters community with the shared format for the session while being adaptable for individual needs. I never feel like I'm in the way of someone else's workout or rushed to keep up with someone else's pace. The small group format also allows coaches to provide that 1:1 attention without feeling like they're there to stare into your specific soul for an hour.
