The grounds has a pond with fish and turtles, laundry facility, grills, picnic tables and parking available so you don't have to do street parking. The rooms are SUPER clean as the maid, Mary Lou, makes certain on it and does a spectacular job in making sure you have everything you need and is such a sweetheart. This is also PET FRIENDLY! which believe me, is very hard to find especially on the beach! The rates are reasonable ... and you are sure to have an enjoyable time while here.

The beach is literally one building away. Safe neighborhood and always a lively boardwalk consisting of different cuisines and free concerts on the weekends. Rooms: clean rooms, pet friendly, kitchenette in all rooms with utensils and pans, towels are always changed and rooms are cleaned. An awesome cleaning lady, super friendly and gets the job done. By far, the best boutique hotel in Holywood beach!

Arrived at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort around 10am right after our cruise and Bianca at the front desk was able to check us into our room. An ocean view king bed on the 15th floor. We unpacked and set out to look around the area and the resort. Ended up spending the afternoon at the Landshark Pool. Very relaxing and staff checking on us occasionally for food and drink needs. We had a pleasant dinner at Margaritaville Restaurant and used the dining passport for a 10% discount. Got food and drinks at the Margaritaville Coffee Shop to start the day. Pleasant staff got the order out quickly considering there were quite a few other guests doing the same thing. Took advantage of the nice morning with a bike ride on the Broadwalk. The hotel's bicycles are basic single speed beach cruisers which are totally adequate for a casual cruise. More of the same at the Landshark pool for more relaxing and dinner again at Margaritaville Restaurant. We were able to get a load of laundry done before our complimentary late checkout @ noon. If I had to knock the hotel, it'd be that two of the three washing machines were out of service. We also got a workout in at the hotel gym before our flight home. Nice spacious facility with a variety of cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights and benches. Again not crowded and able to move freely between the equipment. Staff were very accommodating and always pleasant. Our stay was awesome. Not sure if I'd want to book a stay during Spring Break but for our autumn stay F I V E stars and look forward to returning when in the area.

The accommodations at Margaritaville are fabulous and exceeded all of our expectations. From the location and the spectacular views (don't miss the sunrise), to the most comfortable bed, we melted into. The room was generously sized, (as is the balcony) and featured plush towels and comfy linens. The amenities were lovely as well. Our room had plenty of storage too. Margaritaville doesn't miss a single detail = from the parrots embossed on the bed linens, to the whale-tail faucet handles in the bathroom - we were unduly impressed! Every plant, every sign, the insane margarita chandelier in the lobby, each piece of decor placed with deliberate intention. (See photos) Margaritaville resort has so much to offer; from swimming, water slides, a wave simulator, bike rentals, kayaks and other water sports, a fully equipped fitness center, on and on! Location is basically on the boardwalk with great unobstructed views of the beach right from your dining table! The pool is always clean and kept up nicely. Best pool on the boardwalk! The staff is amazingly helpful and willing to do anything to accommodate your needs. The units are a bit older which is to be expected but it's everything you can possibly need, kitchen, fridge, bathroom, bedroom, living room etc. we personally prefer this type of set up rather than paying double the price and having to stay in a hotel with far less amenities and being obligated to eat out everyday. Kathy and her team do a great job here at the Tides and we're very grateful for it. We'll certainly be back again next year!!! We've already booked it ;-). The manager explained to me the additional precautions that they're taking due to the ongoing pandemic. The location is prime--less than a block from the beach, and second-floor units even have a beautiful view of the ocean from the catwalk. The south end of the beach in Hollywood is great--close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants, but far enough from the center of the action on the boardwalk that it's still quiet and serene.
