I…read moredropped off my wedding dress on April 22 with two different promised completion date that came and went -- it wasn't ready until June 26, more than two months later. One of the most frustrating parts is that I specifically asked to have the scraps from my dress returned because I wanted to have a shirt made. I followed up with a message on Facebook asking about them -- not only did she ignore me, she blocked me. When I went back to the shop to ask in person, she claimed "you have to tell me when you drop it off." I did tell her, and she still threw them away. I picked up the dress on June 27, and after paying $325, it still doesn't fit correctly. The top is loose in the bust and falls off my shoulders. When I pointed it out, she brushed it off and said, "It's fine, just use some double-sided tape." This was my wedding dress, and I trusted her with something incredibly important and personal. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and out a lot of money. I would never recommend Anna's Alterations -- especially not to any bride.
