I love the mobile app online videos that help me remember, distinguish, pace with me and track progress as I work through a series of routines specifically identified to help me. I "graduated" with the knowledge to maintain.

I have had a shoulder dislocation injury for the last half decade and tried massage, other PT offices, lots of icy hot, Tylenol, copiously stretching, Chiropractors, biofeedback, crossfit, yoga...to no avail. When I had my first appt with Liz I was nervous that she would just prescribe me basic exercises for 'shoulder injuries', spend 10mins with me and rush out, and tell me I had to come three times/wk like other places have in the past. She did none of the above. She intently listened to me, asked me about things I had tried in the past, she asked me several questions to get to know what I needed better, and she told me that she would not stick to one plan, but instead tailor what she did based on how my body reacted. Every visit has been different based on my progress. She understands the mechanics of the body as a whole so well that she seems to find the places that I didn't even know were hurting or before I even tell her. She is very compassionate as she has suffered from injuries in the past and her approach is natural, which for me is the main goal. I don't just have temporary relief anymore, but sustaining relief. Nothing will ever be an instant fix, but with every milestone I see myself hit (absence of migraines I have had for yrs) and with her encouragement I feel like every penny is worth it. I am not afraid to tell her when something isn't working and she is not offended when I do. I have never been more satisfied or optimistic with a chronic injury that has caused me so much grief and pain. I am a better and happier person when I am pain-free and Liz has helped facilitate that. I think she is a great reflection of Therapeutic Associates if she is the degree of practitioner in which they hire. Also shout-out to their stunningly kind receptionist (forgot her name) who is always a wealth of answers. Thank you!
