When Neu Movement offered Yoga, it was fantastic. Unfortunately, they have made a change to focus on Pilates only, so it is another Yoga Studio that has unfortunately closed. If you want a Pilates class, I highly recommend read more

Loved this little studio in Kelowna. Clean, friendly, nice varied schedule, Steph and Bianca are probably the most dynamic and engaging yoga instructors in Kelowna, especially love Bianca's Balancing Buddha class! Steph also teaches a Barre class which is great. They have an awesome introductory offer for the first two weeks, shame I wasn't in town longer! read more

We offer Physiotherapy Appointments, Clinical Pilates and Group Equipment Pilates Classes. Our Studio is clean, modern, energetic and nature inspired.

History

Established in 2012.

In 2012, The Pilates Connection grew up and turned into NeuMovement, when the team was joined by Physiotherapist Jen Gulley. We added one Physiotherapy treatment room, to our boutique Vernon and Kelowna Pilates studios. In 2014 we expanded both location to offer 2-4 treatments rooms and 2 fully equipped Pilates Equipment spaces to offer Group Pilates Equipment Classes and Private Pilates and Integrated Clinical Pilates sessions as an amazing compliment to our Physiotherapy Treatment approach.
