Erik Lund, the BJJ black belt instructor responded and invited me to come to any of the classes while I was in town. When I came by for the Monday evening class, Erik and his students could not have been more friendly or welcoming. The facilities were very nice with a muay thai/boxing ring and a large room of mats for grappling. The class was enjoyable and I particularily appreciated that Erik's students welcomed me to train with them and did not try to "smash" the visitor when we did some rolling (sparring or wrestling) at the end of class. Erik's ability to teach BJJ is evidenced by his students skills. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in BJJ to check out Allan Goes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Penticton.
