With a…read morecouple of months, the fence boards were coming off and I had to screw in the boards as they were nailed originally. Within 6 months, the two doors were significantly warping. I called the company to let them know and so they could fix it. They told me that while the fence is warranted, they won't fix the doors. They said that is a problem with their wood supplier so they refused to fix the doors under the warranty. They wanted to charge me an additional $500 to fix the doors. I do not recommend this company as the fence was falling apart within a couple months of being built as well as the doors warping. Unfortunately, they do not stand behind their work and they do not honor their waranty.

We ordered our permit from the city and were ready to proceed, and then...GHOSTED! No responses to emails, multiple phone calls to him and the company, or text messages. I don't know if the company closed for the season, or went out of business, as we have gotten no response for almost a month. As with all the companies we spoke with, lead time was around three weeks. Once they were ready to start, they did and outstanding job and completed a fence that exceeded our expectations within 2 1/2 days. It looks amazing and blends well with our yard and house. We've received dozens of compliments from neighbors on how nice the fence looks and how it goes so well with our house -- like as if it was always there. Mind you, our house is almost 120 years old, but the new fence matches the time period of the early 1900s. We were very pleased with the crew too. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Best of all, our dogs really love the fenced in yard too.
