The website does not work to collect a payment. At the bottom of the page to submit a payment, it has "cancel" then the next line down is "submit a payment. It won't let you fill in the payment, just only hits the cancel button. So I have called in every payment from the beginning. I told the original rep that I needed my pay date to be on the 5th of the month. I also said I didn't want it on autopay. She said no problem. The next month (5th) when I log into see by balance, it says it's overdue and has a late fee. I call about that, rep says she fixed it. The following month, same thing. Rep says she fixed it. Last month I called in my payment on the 5th, I verified it all again with her. I made the online payment, then the next day, it auto deducted the payment anyway. I had to contact an attorney and threaten them for refunding the double payment. That took 10 days!! I needed that money for other things! Today I logged into my account, and it shows the payment as late, with a late fee. Says it was supposed to be paid mid-month last month. I called and the rep said that because I switched from bi-weekly it wouldn't take effect until the next billing cycle. I never signed up for bi-weekly!! Received an advertisement to apply. Website says it does not pull or go by credit score. This is a lie. My credit score is good to fair range, not bad. My salary is excellent. However, I had co-signed for my son who faulted on his loan. I went this route because the bank requires collateral for my approved loan. The decline email I received clears states it was declined due to my Transunion score. False advertisement. Thankfuli didn't get a loan with a company that lies. read more

My NETCREDIT, account has been with JW Financial 2, which is a Debt solution company for three years, because I signed this account over to JW Financial 2 because of identity theft that I had in my account. I try to come to a solution by calling many times before my payment was even due to let them know about the identity theft, but the representative told me just like the other representatives from NETCREDIT, to try to get another loan to pay off that loan which makes no sense! So I signed this account over to JW Financial 2, keep in mind this was three years ago, and NETCREDIT lawyers was supposed to go to court with JW Financial 2's lawyers and make a settlement on my account, because I signed the account over to JW Financial 2. But instead,NETCREDIT keeps contacting Experian, telling them that I have not pay my account, (they are not saying that the account was handed over to a debt solution company, and I sign a paper to give JW Financial 2 permission to handle my account.) And...NETCREDIT is not putting that on my credit report that out of the $4900 that I had owe them, I had a balance left over of $2300, instead, they bumped the amount that I owe them up to, as of August 1, 2023, $11,505! I have called NETCREDIT numerous times to inform them of this information, And they have given me numerous excuses, even one time, claiming that they didn't have my Social Security number, that it was given to them with errors, and none of this was true. So, in July 2023, I sent them a new paper from JW Financial 2, stating that they have permission to handle my account to make a settlement, but NETCREDIT IS CONTINUOUSLY, SENDING FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS! I feel this like NET CREDIT is hijacking me, like a form of identity theft, which I am sure this is something they can be sue for! Thereby placing false information into my credit report are now committing a crime against me, by placing false information into my credit report! everything I've done (after not being able to reschedule my payments) was totally legal, and I followed through my steps completely, but they are NOT! I have talk to EXPERIAN customer service many times over the last few years to tell them about this, but they continuously use my account is a clown account to keep putting this information in it, and things that are totally preposterous, and it makes no sense at all. I expected to get this cleared up because it's red tape, and it's gonna make NETCREDIT look really bad, neither one of us need this type of situation, but here we are, three years later, and still no solution! NETCREDIT, I had identity theft, and I had a reason to go into a debt solution company, after I could find no solution to get my account paid with your company, but for you to be vindictive enough to go to the credit, reporting companies to try to ruin my life by reporting anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week that I'm not paying some bogus amount of money that you've made up, it's way worse! I think this is a fraud company named Net Credit they illegally and fraudulently attempted to process a loan with my name, birth-date, email address, social security number, and fake address on September 22, 2204. The application information was clearly fraudulent because the street and address was not associated with the city and state the application contained. The company attempted to complete a loan application without my signature or permission. The fact that the phone number, address, and city were not real should have been an immediate red flag and that it was fraudulent. Yet Net Credit continued to process the application and attempted to extort me. As soon as I became aware of the fraud (On September 22, 2024 via an email) I contacted the company Net Credit and verified my personal information with them. They refused to work with me and stop the application process that day. The customer service agent was very hostile and unhelpful. After a week of waiting I was finally able to speak with a supervisor and cancel the application. In the meantime Net Credit is refusing to remove the credit inquiry from my social security number. It is my opinion this company is fraudulently attempting to use my personal information and to get a fake loan in my name. read more

Very unethical company! I applied on-line and was told that I was approved, then later told I was denied, because they could not verify my income, when I sent them 2 of my Bank Statements. Applied a 2nd time on-line and again was told I was approved, then later told I was denied again, because this time they could not verify my identity, when I did talk to a Representative, although I had to keep pressing the O Key on my phone to get connected. Filed a complaint each time with the FTC against Net Credit, so received a phone call from Net Credit telling me they are trying to resolve my problem. I was shocked to find a number listed in what looks like a legit financial website when I attempted to report (877) 392-2015 as a fraud attempt. Someone just called me from this number, mentioning the company but refusing to explain who they were. They just jumped immediately to requesting my social , without explanation . How stupid, not very skillful. I still think it's a fraud attempt, website and all (has their number been hacked?) This should be an absolute last option. The interest on the loans is the worse I have ever seen. Super easy to qualify but if you don't read the very small, obscure fine print, you will be in for a big surprise. CALL them before you apply for anything. You won't get an answer with any of the numbers listed on their website. This is very telling. They did a hard hit on my credit, but I've never been in contact with them. Even emails are returned with: "Dear Applicant, Thank you for contacting NetCredit. Please note for security reasons, you have written to us from an email address that is not associated with your NetCredit account, please send your inquiry/request from the email address associated with your NetCredit loan." No I do not recommend this business I took out a loan with them prior to the governor of Illinois put in a 36% cap on entry rate I had a loan with them a 58% interest and they didn't make any adjustments on my interest rate after every time, a 36% cap on it. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, struggling to make ends meet, but they could care less. They have a highest interest rate in Illinois, as I am told by Credit Karma and they pray upon peoples that doesn't have the best of credit I have paid, probably triple on my loan already and this is one loan company that you should most certainly stay away from there quick to give you a long, but in the long run, it's like selling your soul to the devil this is definitely a company you want to stay far away from as possible because in the end, you end up on the losing end so beware consumer they are not there to help you. They are mainly there to help them self. Make this your last alternative if possible you might be better off just doing with Dell if you have to end up using them. Called for some information with regard to early payment. The agent was very rude I was asking about early payment IF I took the lone. My question simply put" was if I take out X amount, do I have to pay the interest in full to pay the loan back or only interest accrued up until that day." She kept saying "We cant tell you how much you will pay" Like listen here I am not asking for an amount I wanted to know if I was going to pay all of the interest or that accrued, and she was so incompetent that I just hung up, I will not be filing a loan with a team of high school drop outs that cant answer some simple customer service questions. read more

What a Joke! Stay far far away from this company! I have bad credit not afraid to admit that. But I make pretty good money. My credit horrible to medical bills. I applied for a small loan. Was given a 57% interest rate which I wasn't happy about but I needed to get out of this hole. Company made me jump through a weird hoop. Wanted access into my bank account online. Everything was secured. Reason they needed in was so they could verify my income and it takes away from you having to send them two pay stubs and your bank statement. Within 24 hours I get an email stating that I needed to send them a bank statement and a voided check due to the fact that I'm with a credit union. I replied with I already sent the voided check and you'll have access to my bank account so why would you need me to send a bank statement if you can view it online. Then return over the phone stated that oh I see we do have your voided check and we don't know how to look at your checking account it only pulls up your savings. So with the number of red flags already I get another one because the online banking is super easy to look at once it's open it either shows checking or savings click on one of the two. so I change my password to my online banking with my bank and I have my bank email me my bank statement so that I can forward it to netcredit. I called just to make sure they got it due to the non awareness of my voided check. They had told me that they did receive my bank statement and within 24 hours I should be in contact with whether my loan was approved or not. Within one minute I got an email that I was denied the loan 4 income verification. So I called netcredit and I ask to speak to a supervisor. Told the supervisor that on my bank statement it shows two of my paychecks going in how can y'all not verify my income. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Then was told that she can give me an address to write a letter to find out the true reason why I was denied. Yet you just sent me an email stating that I was denied for income verification. I received a loan from them and the process was fairly quick. The problems they have are: *** Long hold times *** Poor email response to requests *** Lack of service via social media. *** Oh, and their own automated system tells you the incorrect current balance, too. When I called in to pay off the loan, I was billed the amount they quoted me, plus the monthly payment, which I was told would not happen. They refused to reverse the erroneous charge. Companies love to tell their customers they understand your concern, they understand why you call in, but companies like NET CREDIT do NOT understand customer service. Use them if you need a loan and were refused by other companies. And, yes, the interest charges will be outrageous over the life of the loan. But, pay off the loan much, much sooner than they want you to. And, if they bill you erroneous charges, call your bank because if you call NET CREDIT, they will decline to correct the mistake. read more

Think twice about even attempting to use this company. The loan manager, Sam Billing was absolute rude and unhelpful. He asked for very personal and confidential information and was upset when I questioned his motives for needing such information (access to my checking account). He wasted my time for most of the day then was nasty with me and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional company. Avoid it like the plague!
