Definitely, one of the best gyms in the area. They have the best quality equipment and more. Very…read moreclean and they even have towel service. This gym is really suited and good for accessory workouts but not for reaching PRs for powerlifting or Olympic lifts. pros 1. It's big and it's almost never crowded except after 5p 2. It's free for those that work in the area. Like what others mentioned, there are a few cons: 1. No Olympic or deadlift platform. And you're not allowed to drop weights period. And not dropping 300 lbs+ is really hard to not do unless you're super strong. So you'd need to go to another gym for PRs and Olympic lifts and maybe you can do some lifts but it'd have to be something you can do without even making a drop sounds on the floor. The coach or staff will get on your case if you make even the softest drop sound. (Speaking from experience). 2. Only one real rack that's not a smith rack or one of those slanted racks. So you need to fight for that real rack during busy hours. 3. Not open on weekends. I wish they open at least on Saturday's. 4. The water station drain seems like it was never cleaned since it was open. There's some mold and other red resin growing on the water station drain. It's gross. 5. They turn off the lights when it's about closing time in the locker room. I understand they need to kick people out, but People need to see to be able to get their stuff and get out safely. 6. Same music all the time everyday. Total nit. But the same song playing for everyday totally gets to your head. 7. Because it's not a commercial gym and this is subsidized by companies, the staff really don't need to give any effort on greeting or helping people, since they'll always hit bottom line regardless of people leave and never come back. As a matter of fact, they're just there to close and open the place. That's it. It's almost like they should have no staff at all to save the gym some money. There's also no way to give feedback since it's "free" after all.

Hands down best gym in the area. My company moved into this campus so we get to workout here for…read morefree but even if it wasn't free, I'd pay a membership. Unfortunately, outsiders can't pay for a membership. The facility is uber clean; I'm a germaphobe so I'm so thrilled it's clean. It's been around for years but smells brand new; like it was just built. Incredible amount of space and no shortage of equipment from cardio/weight machines, free weights, stretching equipment, etc. there's a pool, sauna, steam room, many showers and lockers with built in locks, towels, hair dryers, etc. They offer classes and affordable personal training. Most quality trainers at other places charge $90/hour. Here, if you buy a package can be as low as $70. You can pick/switch your trainers and easily book on the app. All the trainers and workers here seem very nice and not judgmental so you don't feel insecure here. My trainer, Anthony, has been wonderful working around my back and neck pain and learning my body to prevent me from flaring up and giving up. I have 3 gripes, but all fixable! 1. It's not open weekends. From the older comments, sounds like it used to be open Saturdays so I hope they change this. 2. As much space as this facility has, there's no overnight rental lockers. I have to lug a heavy bag with my clothes and toiletries every morning and I have chronic back pain so it's especially not fun. I'm hoping they find space to get this. At my work's other campuses, they have rentals lockers you can pay $20/month for - I'd gladly pay! 3. They play the same playlist everyday downstairs in the women's locker room and I'm slowly going insane. Other than those fixable things, I absolutely love this gym!

The owner Ben and manager Ryan both welcomed me into their training studio and have been nothing but encouraging throughout my lifestyle change. F45 Training is not an ordinary gym, it's a studio that has 45 minute long HIIT classes that vary from cardio based training to more of a resistance based training with a cardio accompaniment. I have felt my body positively changing by getting more endurance, some weight loss and confidence in attending a training class that is filled with others trying obtain basically the same goal: a healthy and fit lifestyle. Everyone is encouraging and no one is better than the other. Watch my sit down interview with Ben: https://youtu.be/CvXzPdKsDh0 Watch my sit down interview with Ryan: https://youtu.be/tQfL83gbrig

I've been to multiple F45 locations and normally love the format, energy, and professionalism that…read morethe brand is known for. Unfortunately, F45 Sunnyvale feels like a major outlier -- and not in a good way. I'm genuinely surprised this studio is still operating under the F45 name, because the experience here doesn't reflect the same standards I've come to expect. Trainers at this location don't demonstrate exercises live, they just mirror the video playlist from an iPad onto the TV screen and leave it at that. One coach in particular gave off the impression of being completely new to the F45 environment -- they didn't look or carry themselves like a trainer at all, and there was no engagement or technique correction throughout the session. It made the class feel unstructured and even unsafe at times. The equipment and studio upkeep also leave a lot to be desired. The space feels gritty and worn down, lacking the clean, energized environment that most F45s provide. I couldn't help but compare it to F45 Branham Park or F45 Mountain View, which are both far superior in terms of coaching, energy, and maintenance -- and they're priced similarly. If you're thinking of trying F45, do yourself a favor and explore one of the other nearby studios. Sunnyvale's location simply doesn't deliver on the brand promise, and I walked away feeling like I wasted both my time and money.

I recently started coming to Ironwill and I have been really impressed with this place so far…read more Chris (owner) is a great guy and was very helpful to me as a CrossFit n00b to ensure I could get the right training and that I'm doing okay in each class. The way this works is that you start with a Fundamentals course (3 total classes) where you are taught the main lifts. This is all about getting used to the movements and understanding the right form. From there you are allowed to jump right into classes. The schedule is available online. No signups needed, you just show up. The workouts are challenging but doable. Love that the class is structured so you often work with a buddy which lets you get to know other people in the class. The class times are convenient for someone who is working the usual 9 - 5 schedule and there are classes available every day. The workout is posted on Facebook each day so you know what you're getting into before you arrive. Most importantly, the community that they have is really open and welcoming. I was nervous about trying out a CrossFit gym like this, but I'm really glad I did. Can't wait to continue with my fitness journey here!
