At no point did I feel pressured into anything (buying, exceeding budget, settling, closing, etc.) advice was given when asked but never forced. I found myself asking for advice more often than not, because it was apparent the team had my best interest in mind rather than making a buck. I found a home 2 days prior to a 3-week international vacation. The team was flexible and patient, communicating all actions required via e-mail and when I did have service were always available to take a call. I don't think they sleep! All jokes aside, I received a detailed timeline with expectations and constant updates of what had been completed, what is currently pending/in progress and upcoming actions required. The best part in my opinion though, was how they can bring down realtor jargon to a level I could understand. I asked a ton of questions and they were always quick with an answer and shared it in a way I could completely comprehend. I have already and will continue to recommend CalzaCo to friends and family.
