My print job involved a complicated process: 300+ pages, 18 report chapters with custom-printed divider tabs to be inserted, and color-specific covers/backs + a large size spiral bind. But these components were the easiest part of the project that Debra and team tackled! My client's last extremely last-minute edits to the report (one day before Debra was scheduled to be out of the office and the client was scheduled to leave the country), is where Debra's team displayed superhero customer service. A project that we mutually agreed would need 3 days to print, insert tabs, and assemble, was all accomplished in 24 hours. I fully expected to arrive at Allegra's office in Reno (45 minutes from my office) to pick up all the separate components that I would manually put together myself because of the last-minute edits. When they brought out the box of fully assembled reports, completely ready to go, I literally got teary-eyed. I couldn't believe the lengths that Debra and her team went to, to get this project over the finish line, given the extraordinary circumstances. I was looking at a day of stress and scrambling to assemble the reports and then find someone who could spiral bind them so I could meet my client before they flew out that same day. Instead, I had the exact opposite day. And I fully expected to pay double what I was charged - just based on the pain in the butt factor of this project! The value of print job and customer service were outstandingly priced. I can't say enough great things about Allegra ... I've used all the other print options out there, including online and local big print shops. I'm taking the time to write this now because I'm about to order another big print job. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! They (David, Sam and Allen) led me to believe they would meet my…read moreexpectations in building a well functioning marketplace website and convinced me to pay for it up front ($4850), which I did. During the 90 days contracted production period they kept getting things wrong (and repeating the same mistakes over and over again) so I had to keep sending them back to the drawing board. It would sometimes take up to 2 weeks to get a hold of them to discuss their mistakes and the poor quality of their work. Once the 90 days was up they attempted to get me to sign off on a website that did not include a number of the key features I was promised, was super slow, wasn't mobile responsive and had a sales cart/checkout that calculated incorrectly. And to top it all off they then tried to pursuade me to pay a monthly management subscription fee (approximately $1800 per month) and told me they would work on the mistakes and completing the website if I started the subscription with them, which I refused. Once I tried to get a 50% refund from them for incomplete service, they lied to my bank's legal team saying the website was incomplete as a result of me asking them to do extra work on it...when the truth is I had only been asking them to fix the multiple mistakes and complete the job they had told me they were capable of completing. I now truely believe that It's on Media don't have the knowledge or experience to develop professional websites, and that they are con artists with the agenda to rip off vulnerable small business owners. I have now hired another company to rebuild the website from scratch. This company is kind enough to charge me in stages, making sure I am happy with each stage. The experience with It's on Media has left me in debt. Again DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This heartless company will rip you off.
