My mom and I never had to figure a loss out until recently that my father has passed. Michael and Jay made this process so easy and helped us navigate through everything. From the moment that they arrived to the hospital as my father passed in the hospital up to his burial. I cannot thank Michael and Jay enough because for those who never expected a sudden death, they really did help us out with the things needed such as what the church needs, items required for his burial & etc. Reardon really sympathized with us because during a loss, this is the last thing you want to think about but you have to push through to allow your loved one to be at peace. If you want your loved one to still be taken care of, please look into Reardon. When it's my mom's time and also mine, we hope to be brought there. My father looked very peaceful being there and that's all that we asked that he's at peace. I'm glad that the decision was made for him to be brought to Reardon on Main Street.

However, after I received my wife's urn, contained in a beautiful blue velvet bag, with a bright yellow cord closure, my son requested a small memorial urn with a portion of his mother's ashes. I wasn't able to open the inner container of the larger urn. I called Coast Cities Cremation to ask their assistance. Irma, at the front office was very kind and helpful, informing me that, if I dropped by during business hours, they would reopen the urn, transfer a portion to the small urn and reseal both. It was arranged and took only 10 minutes. On top of that, the smaller urn , which I purchased elsewhere, came back with its own smaller but beautiful velvet bag. My son was pleased with the package when we met later. I was comforted with the consistent kindness and helpfulness by Irma, in the front office and the Director of CCC. The whole process of care for my late wife, from transporting her from the hospice care home, where I met them the night of her passing, to my last contact with their office in Ventura, was a 4/4 Star service. Very professional and kind. I am most grateful. Allan A.

I cannot express enough how grateful our family is to Santa Clara Mortuary. They truly exceeded our…read moreexpectations during one of the most difficult and emotional times our family has ever experienced. From the very beginning, they walked us through every step of the process with so much patience, compassion, and professionalism. We needed to have our aunt transferred internationally to the Philippines so she could be brought home and laid to rest, and we had no idea how complicated that process would be. Santa Clara Mortuary took that burden off our shoulders. They handled the difficult paperwork, coordinated with the Philippine Consulate, made sure all of the necessary requirements and documentation were completed, and even took care of arranging her flight home. Throughout the entire process, they kept our family informed and updated so we were never left wondering what was happening or what needed to be done next. When you are grieving, the last thing you want to worry about is paperwork, international requirements, deadlines, and travel arrangements. Having a team that knew exactly what needed to be done and handled everything with such care allowed our family to focus on grieving, supporting one another, and saying goodbye to our aunt. We are in awe of how smoothly they handled such a complicated process. What could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience was made so much easier because of their guidance and dedication. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone at Santa Clara Mortuary for taking such wonderful care of our aunt and our family. Knowing that she was treated with dignity and that everything was taken care of so she could make her final journey home to the Philippines meant more to us than words can express. We will forever be grateful.
