We needed to have our aunt transferred internationally to the Philippines so she could be brought home and laid to rest, and we had no idea how complicated that process would be. Santa Clara Mortuary took that burden off our shoulders. They handled the difficult paperwork, coordinated with the Philippine Consulate, made sure all of the necessary requirements and documentation were completed, and even took care of arranging her flight home. Throughout the entire process, they kept our family informed and updated so we were never left wondering what was happening or what needed to be done next. When you are grieving, the last thing you want to worry about is paperwork, international requirements, deadlines, and travel arrangements. Having a team that knew exactly what needed to be done and handled everything with such care allowed our family to focus on grieving, supporting one another, and saying goodbye to our aunt. We are in awe of how smoothly they handled such a complicated process. What could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience was made so much easier because of their guidance and dedication.
