Used these guys for VO talent and recording for years with no issues. Then we started getting…read more"renewal" invoices for sessions that were "buyouts". No big deal, honest mistake? Kept happening. Then after a session in 2019 they tacked on an extra $1K in bad charges. Never agreed to. No change order. Got tired of the bad billings. So we stopped using them. Now each year they generate fake invoices and mail and email them to us in a typical fishing scam. They know that all of our contracts were for buyouts. We've since reported them to the FTC, BBB, and States Attorneys office for fraud. I would steer clear of these guys. If you have an account with them I would audit them. Even their collection agency admitted they had nothing to go on.

We could not be any happier with our wedding video, it is by far the best investment we made in…read morewedding planning! If you aren't sure there is room in your budget for a videographer, make room and then hire Lovell Productions! Sarah and Justin are simply the absolute best to work with. Since we planned most of the wedding from out of state, the first time we met Sarah and Justin was our wedding day. Maybe that would make some people nervous, the few emails we exchanged in the months before the wedding made me know it wasn't necessary--they were just as excited to capture the day as we were to have them there. The moment they walked in it was just comfortable, even with a camera angled at us! Throughout the day, I can remember thinking that Sarah and Justin made such a great team, consulting on different angles and views, making sure they had this shot and that shot. They are the definition of knowing you are in great, extremely talented hands. In hiring a videographer you are looking for a story teller, someone to capture every element the way you want it remembered. The moment Justin launched a camera into the sky to capture us walking along the beach at sunset; I knew our video would be nothing short of perfection. When we were looking and talking to different videographers I can remember why we chose The Lovell's, they have such a sweet approach, gorgeous music, breathtaking views of every venue, while still letting the couple shine. But what I didn't have the pleasure of knowing upon booking is how wonderfully cool Sarah and Justin are both as videographers and people. You meet them and immediately know they are good people, warm, kind and funny...people who love love. The perfect type of people to share your wedding day with!
