Kept happening. Then after a session in 2019 they tacked on an extra $1K in bad charges. Never agreed to. No change order. Got tired of the bad billings. So we stopped using them. Now each year they generate fake invoices and mail and email them to us in a typical fishing scam. They know that all of our contracts were for buyouts. We've since reported them to the FTC, BBB, and States Attorneys office for fraud. I would steer clear of these guys. If you have an account with them I would audit them. Even their collection agency admitted they had nothing to go on.

She has captured different stages in my life and has taken many photos I will cherish for the rest of my life. A couple of things... 1. Although she is high on price, that's a good thing. I've had bad experiences with cheap photographers in the past. Many people today think they are photographers because they own a digital camera. Do research. If someone is cheap, look at how higher priced photographers photos look. Then ask yourself, why they are so inexpensive. Something is up. 2. Within 24-48 hours she will have your proofs ready to look at unless she's swamped. Even then it's still fast. 3. She's an awesome person. Pamela is very talented. If you look through her portfolio you will find that she has an artistic eye with very high quality of photos. She is very professional and has a very fast response time to any questions you may have. She's flexible, and prompt with communications. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Since the location is out of the way, the restaurant being open to the public as a regular restaurant didn't work out but now it is open for special events (you can find them on their website or Facebook page), parties or weddings. I miss being able to just go there for dinner, enjoy the view and the beautiful house but understand why they had to change the operation. The food is worth the price, the staff is friendly and they are happy to show off the restaurant and allow you to walk around and check it out.

I don't know what they charge for functions there, but I thought that maybe they would have improved the surroundings a bit more to accommodate the status of the Obici House, the surrounding out buildings, clubhouse, 18th hole and driving range. It looks like they did the bare minimum to the house. I don't want to tarnish this review too much since I haven't been there for an official event within the last year. I noticed that they are having an open house soon and I plan to check it out and update my review. I would recommend that if the price seems to high for your event, then pass on Obici House until you start seeing better reviews on the service and food.

They also took care with the complicated collation and cheerfully fixed the odd pages I needed changed or replaced, all at a reasonable price, especially considering the striking step-up in quality over my home printer/copier. They did not press on me their own binding and connected me to an outside binder. They were attentive to numerous clients with short deadlines; I had no compelling deadline and my large order did take a while.

With that said, my fiancee and I had an engagment session, at 4pm, with Mr. Woolsey that was scheduled one week in advance. 30 min prior to our scheduled session, Mr. Woolsey called to say that he left all of his camera equipment at a birthday party earlier that day and thought he had a spare camera in his car. He then went on to say, that he had to be home at 6pm to watch his children because he promised his wife a "girls' night". He stated that by the time he drove back to get his equipment and come back, to the session site, he wouldn't have enough time to do the shoot. Needless to say, this excuse was unacceptable and I did not want to risk the same thing happening on my wedding day. I informed Mr. Woolsey that in his contract it states that if he, if for any reason, was unavailable for an event/session, he would appoint a photographer in his place. Mr. Woolsey, made no effort to ensure his end of the bargain and did not appoint anyone to take the pictures. I immediately cancelled his services because of his breach in contract and requested a refund of my deposit... I still have not heard from him.
