The gym are is large as they had a wrestling ring set up along with an entry way for the wrestlers to come into the area while being introduced. This place is big enough to have chairs all around a wrestling ring and to the wall and standing room only, (I think they had to turn people away) this was a popular event. During the art auction, the rugs were laying all over the large floor area, plus they had numerous paintings and sculptures displayed. During events, there is a kitchen area where they sell hot dogs and sodas and probably other items depending on the concession person involved. Please watch your step as you exit the building at night as the lighting is poor and the brick planter area out front is a tripping hazard as we found out during our exit, thus the check in at the ER.

I would not change a thing about which I highly attribute to the awesome job our designer (Jason) did in laying out the space for us. It is just the right size and functions perfectly for our family. We recently had some pavers sinking on our pool deck. This is not an uncommon issue as the ground settles. At 3 years out from our build I suspect we were outside of any warranty period. I reached out to Danielle at Oak Wells and even though we were out of warranty they came out and repaired it very quickly! Our condo association project was supposed to start January and they didn't apply for permit till last week of February. They worked a few half days with 1 worker and tore the pool and deck apart. Made all kind of excuses. Did not do anything for 2 weeks then sent 1 guy to work a few hours. April did a little work with 1 guy a few days. 2nd week of April spent about 5 days with 1 guy and that guy made a lot of progress. As of today May 17 we might have a pool in a day or so. So a month project has taken almost 3 months. Who wants to be in Florida and no pool? Word of advice find another company!

The morning of our appointments at 8:30, an hour before our appointments, they called to tell us their facial person had a fever. Our other option was getting a facial at 11 or at 2. We decided to cancel entirely. If you are claiming to be a spa, I'd assume there'd be multiple employees available to service various needs. I also find it ridiculous that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, however we were only given an hour notice of our facials being canceled.
