Their limo even took family to a third location where an informal reception was held, no problem. Inside the funeral home (funeral apartment?), there was a main room laid out with pews and a small dais at the front. Off to one side, a separate room where family could get together separately or where people could take a few minutes to catch a brief respite from the emotions of the event. The rooms were bright and airy, not stuffy or dingy at all. Plenty of parking in the lot at the back. Easy enough to get to from 264. Their folks did a great job of keeping things on schedule without rushing at all. As I said, very professional. He tried to refuse my daughter access to the bathrooms, asked that same daughter to please use another room to nurse her 3 month old, and told another son WHO IS IN A WHEELCHAIR that he could not stay in the aisle because he was blocking the aisle. WTF??? That whole experience was terrible and I would NEVER recommend them.
