The nurse tried to blame my veins saying that they rolled, but I got IV therapy last month and the nurses had no problem. Likewise, I had to adamantly protest so that the nurse did not try to poke my wrist. IV therapy hurts more in the wrist. If they don't have the experience to insert an IV; I do not feel confident about the vitamins or other infusions. As a registered nurse (RN) and someone whose mother had her thyroid removed at 27, I just knew something was off. I was late for my appointment & I thought it was so sweet of them to call the next client & ask for them to come in a bit later so I could experience my full spa appointment. I forget the name of my massage therapist but she was wonderful. Sweet & had a sense of humor too. Made me so relaxed I almost fell asleep. And omg when she massages your feet it's heavenly lol I'll definitely be back!
