We purchased two items of jewelry after numerous claims by Bradley Chapin that all gems were genuine. Upon appraisal, we learned that the "diamonds" were only cubic zirconium. After numerous attempts by both phone and email, we were finally told in Sept. that he would give us a refund if we came to another sale. Since we live 100 mi. from KC it was a few weeks before we could get to another sale. Once there, Bradley refused to refund our money. After getting the BBB involved, Bradley ultimately agreed to meet to refund our money. After driving the 100 mi. o/w to meet, he failed to show up. Of course, we are back to no response to calls or e-mails again. See reviews on their website as well as BBB website. Put this guy out of business!

I could not have picked a more crooked auctioneer for this sale. He brought in other things to sell that wasn't mine. I had things to sell in the house that people were wanting to purchase, but he was busy outside trying to sell his stuff and by the time i got him to go inside the people that had waited for Legacy to go inside they had left. I ended up giving away things inside because he was busy selling screw drivers and not inside like he should have been. He will not respond to you by telephone or message. I still have not rec'd the selling list to see what things sold for. (house sold 11/25/2021) have not rec'd sale listing (01/12/2022)        There was gentlemen there thought he recognized him as he had arrested him in overland park / mission hills one night at midnight stealing things out of house that he was having an estate sale the next day. He has changed his name now to legacy auctions since this happened. ...IN SHORT DON'T USE HIM AS HE IS DISHONEST AND CROOKED
