She could not even read the brand on them it was so small. But they had some numbers on them, and I asked if she could look them up by those. But she seemed disinterested in doing so. I picked out my lenses and was told they should be here by last Thursday the 22nd. I called the 23rd and asked if they could call the lab and make sure my order was there, to which a person said they would but did not. I just called today again, and they said they would have an optometrist check on my order, but I am not hopeful at this point in anything they have to say to me. Save yourself the hassle and buy from Lens crafters like I am wishing I did.

My father is a combat veteran who served his country in Vietnam and has an EXTENSIVE medical rap sheet. He also has no hands so he would have had to speak aloud all of his surgeries for the listening enjoyment of a room FULL of other patients, many of which also made the journey from our local rural community. (HIPA violation, perhaps?) The power-hungry woman at the counter didn't like the cursory manner in which we filled out the medical history sheet. So she huffily brought out the entire stack of paperwork and handed it to my poor mother to redo. I was unwilling to have her suffer this punishment and indignity. She was RUDE to me and my parents. We drove nearly two hours to patronize this office that has been described as a professional medical provider. Unacceptable. The treatments they received were necessary and helpful. The nurses, doctors, and clinical workers were kind and professional. However, the backlog of patients stranded in the waiting area exemplify inconsiderate and/or negligent scheduling.
