I attempted to use Hittman Services to help with a Frigidaire fridge filter head housing repair…read more Allowed them to order the part for me as part of the repair plan, but after almost 4 weeks of them claiming the part was backordered and they did not have a shipping estimate, I found the part on Frigidaire's parts website, ordered it myself and received it within three days. Used another repair service to help with installation the next day. I also called multiple times to check on part order status with Hittman, and they committed to doing a quick check after which they'd call me back either "within a few mins" or "by the end of the day", but most times they never called back. Wasted 3 weeks working with them.
