To be transparent, I am a technician for this company , that does not mean my review is biased because many employees can have reason to complain or praise. with that said , in my 20 years in the home service industry this company is the best I have worked for , not only do they care about the customers but they equally care for their employees as well which is sometimes are rare quality. and this care transcends down through our team. LIZ , our office manager is our backbone , she keeps the whole operation running smooth , from her direction and guidance of every day operations within the office , the shop and the team members in those departments , her commitment is a vital quality to what makes us great as a team. JEREMY , our Senior Technician over the field and technician team is a great mentor , always there to help and support each and every technician. He understands that the more care, training and encouragement that he gives the technicians means the better quality experience the customer will ultimately receive. NELSON , our dispatcher , has a unique ability to offer such a great attitude of kindness with each and every customer to make sure that their experience with us starts out on a positive note. ABIGAIL , our quote builder , works diligently to ensure each customers tickets are processed in a timely manner understanding that the customers satisfaction in the utmost importance. JAY , one of our team leaders is always there to answer technical questions amongst the office, shop and technician team members to make sure each department is best equipped to offer the best quality service possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 100% Outstanding service. I don't write reviews but this one earned it! The lady in the office was so sweet in helping me figure out if it was a simple problem I could fix on my own. Still needed service but was nice to know she wasn't just focused on billing me.. The Service call was a little high, but you get what you pay for. Jeremy came in and found the problem in minutes laid it out what I needed to know how long it will take and even what other problems to look out for in regards to the brand of washing machine I have. I gotta call stating the part was in four days later and was fixed in a week from my original call. He also did more than expected when cleaning his work area and my wash machine! I call Hittman Services to do some painting at one of our 6 store's. After talking with Jeremy I found out that he does appliance repair and is certified to do refrigeration. He also is doing television repairs for us. Jeremy is very reasonable on his pricing and always keep's us inform on when he will be their and show's up. I am using him more and more each day for all 6 locations, even if I have appliance repair at a customer's house he will go their and fix it. A godawful stench was emanating from below our fridge. I called on Friday afternoon and Nelson was able to schedule a technician to come out on Saturday morning. After putting up with the stink for a week, we were desperate for help. Kevin came out, identified the problem, and cleaned the tray that had captured a ton of bacteria. He cleaned it out to the point that it looked brand new, and the smell is gone! Kevin was very kind, thoughtful, and thorough. We will definitely contact them again for future needs! read more

Kevin and Jeremy came out and answered all of our questions and did a superb job, they fixed our DCS oven watch until they came out, people told us we couldn't get parts for and we couldn't fix it.
