He demonstrates a wealth of knowledge and actively seeks additional training to meet the needs of each patient. He is a proponent of prophylactic care that helps to maintain spinal, et al, health so that you are not always seeking his help only when something gets hurt. He is also personable and hardworking - traits that are so appreciated when you are dealing with pain. His overall care is definitely worth it. And bonus... his staff are the nicest people (Jamie!). Efficient care that maximizes results - can't ask for more than that.

I previously had a severe ankle injury that eventually required surgery to remove scar tissue. I had been pain free for 2.5 years when a new area started with pretty significant constant pain. The surgeon was unable to provide me any help and relief. I came back to Dr Eric and after one visit my pain was significantly decreased and I have been able to be more active than I had been in months. His knowledge of unusual situations is great and he's committed to finding you relief. I would absolutely always recommend him.

I have been diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis (degeneration) and my L5 has a Anterior Subluxation of 8mm (it's pushed forward 8mm). I made an appointment with Dr. Dennise solely from reviews on the internet. Well, turns out it's true...she is amazing!!! I felt a little better after the first visit, and like a new man after my 3rd visit. I have now seen her 4 times in 2 weeks, and she has improved my mobility, pain level, and overall quality of life in those few visits. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Dennise and the Active Release Technique (A.R.T) method she used on me for the soft tissue. She explains what she's doing and is attentive to my concerns and previous experiences. I would definitely recommend visiting her if you're looking for a Chiropractor. I even brought my teenage son to see her...he was having headaches and neck stiffness. After 1 visit, he said he feels taller and loose overall just feels great. We will for sure be returning to see her on a regular basis.

My fiancé and I went in for our appointment in the morning. Dr. Winston suggested, in addition to my regular adjustment, that he use cold laser treatment to stimulate my immune system response. Sounds kind of sci-fi right? The results were unreal. I took a short nap when I got home. When I woke up I felt energized and my throat didn't feel sore. I was able to go into work and assist an important customer. When I woke up this morning I felt completely refreshed and no signs or symptoms of the infection threatening me only yesterday. Thanks to Dr. Winston, my body was able to fight off an infection effeciently and very quickly. Additionally, I started seeing Dr. Winston a year ago after having frequent pain in my knees and ankles and lower back. My initial consultation was a real eye-opener to the underlying causes of my pain. Through diagnosis and adjustments Dr. Winston was able to start restoring my proper alignment. My back pain completely disappeared. My joint pain became less frequent and severe and then disappeared. Now, if I feel any twinges in my ankle, I go in occassionally and it goes away. I also feel like I have more energy. I cannot say enough about the value of chiropractic care and Dr. Winston is just fantastic!

When my body started to complain, I started to see Dr. Winston again. I try to go every week and I truly believe that his chiropractic care enables me to keep at work. The office is comfortable and relaxed. Yen, the receptionist is always sweet and welcoming. I'm always convinced that people who say chiropractic didn't help them is because they went to a bad chiropractor before. Dr. Walentin is great! And he is never late for his appointments for the last 3 years I have gone to him. Him and his wife Cecilia, and all of the front desk staff, are so friendly and never ever pushy to come back more than you need like some previous chiropractors I have been to. I also like that he has affordable payment options and doesn't even bother with using insurances, my insurance was always a higher copay than what he charges to begin with. The more visits you buy at once the more discount you can get. Truly a great practice and great people!

I've been going to Chiropractors since 2000. In those eighteen years I've probably been adjusted by…read morearound twenty different chiropractors. Most chiropractors give me an adequate adjustment but every now and then you find a Unicorn. That rare chiropractor that adjusts you using the exact techniques you prefer. Every chiropractor has a unique style to their adjustments. When I moved away from California I had to leave my favorite practitioner. I've been less than impressed with current offerings around Richmond. They say good help is hard to find, well try finding a good chiropractor. I had taken a break from chiropractic care when around five years ago my ex-wife mentioned Dr. Walentin. I was apprehensive at best. Then she said "he adjusts like Dr. De La Fe" and my ears perked up... OH REALLY? This is quite the high praise since you never forget your favorite. Now I wish I could tell you what Dr. Walentin is doing exactly. I can't honestly say if it's the Gonstead vs Diversified vs Logan Technique but it's 100% what I require. I need a proper adjustment and I need my Chiropractor to really get in there and put things back into proper alignment. I don't like the gentle tickle approach. I want to feel it. My hips and neck constantly like to go out of alignment. It takes some strength and skill to put me back together. If you're like me and require a somewhat aggressive adjustment this is the place you're looking for. Dr. Walentin's technique is first rate and I can't go to anyone else. I've had Dr. Walentin adjust everything on my body. The joints in my knees, my wrist, my elbows, and even this bum ankle of mine. Usually we focus on the spine but the good Doctor can adjust every single joint on the human body. The man is a miracle worker. I typically visit once a week for routine maintenance. When I moved away from Mechanicsville to Midlothian and drove to the man's house. That's how serious I am about my Chiropractors. A good Chiropractor is only as good as their office manager and the charming Cecilia completes the total package. Her professionalism and kindness are second to none and I'm happy to be a loyal patient. Heck, you're talking to the original patient of Advanced Laser Therapy & Chiropractic. In closing, I've only used the Laser Therapy once and since my elbow pain has subsided I can't speak to that very much. What I can attest to is one of the finest chiropractors in Virginia if not the country.
