When I got it back, I saw there were spots all over the collar of the shirt. I took it back to them and they sent it in for re-cleaning. They called me a couple days after that and said that the shirt always had these spots and that they would not be able to do anything about it! They were not able to produce any documentation backing up their claim either. There were no such spots and the lady did not mention any such thing when I first gave it to them for cleaning.
