When I got it back, I saw there were spots all over the collar of the shirt. I took it back to them and they sent it in for re-cleaning. They called me a couple days after that and said that the shirt always had these spots and that they would not be able to do anything about it! They were not able to produce any documentation backing up their claim either. There were no such spots and the lady did not mention any such thing when I first gave it to them for cleaning. This was my first time using them and would also be my last. Worst place ever!

I (once again) had to ask if she wanted my name or number and she begrudgingly wrote it down. I came back two days later and got a very cheerful clerk who got the pants for me. When I asked what was wrong she had to get Ms. Grumpy to come and tell me that the dye in the pants seeped through and acted like no big deal...Would they not have seen that before and fixed them before giving them to me?
