They called me a couple days after that and said that the shirt always had these spots and that they would not be able to do anything about it! They were not able to produce any documentation backing up their claim either. There were no such spots and the lady did not mention any such thing when I first gave it to them for cleaning. I took two pairs of pants to be cleaned and when I picked them up - two days later because the only thing the clerk did say to me was "you're not getting them in one hour" - one pair of pants looked like it had been stained all along the waistband. I took them back and got the same, grumpy clerk who told me she would have to talk to the cleaner and she's not in for two days. No apology, in fact she looked at me like "what's wrong". I (once again) had to ask if she wanted my name or number and she begrudgingly wrote it down. I came back two days later and got a very cheerful clerk who got the pants for me. When I asked what was wrong she had to get Ms. Grumpy to come and tell me that the dye in the pants seeped through and acted like no big deal...Would they not have seen that before and fixed them before giving them to me?
