I thought after a few years it would have changed but today I experienced the same mistreatment. They canceled my appmt a few days b4 my appointment after waiting 3 weeks to get it. I asked to see the other doctor and so rudely she answered no without a breath and said I can't without even looking at appointments. They hang up on you or leave you on hold forever and I think it's very intentional because they had such bad attitudes and act like they're doing me a favor and they are so important. Won't b going back to this office again. Doctor's visits can b stressful enough. I don't need this kind of treatment.

Was told by the receptionist that I could not be seen as I was late to my appointment to fill out paperwork! As I was waiting to talk to a manager Ashly Forster who is incompetent and could not explain to me why other patients could fill out paperwork in the patient room or why my appointment that was at 1:40 had mysteriously disappeared though I was 20 minutes early. I asked for Ashly Forster Bosses phone number and was only given a email. His name is Daniel Barnhouse. Who you can only contact by email. As a new patient find a new OBGYN they don't care about you. Why let anyone who is incompetent have anything to do with your health or your new baby.

The first time the wait was over 2 hours and of course I had an appointment. I saw the rushed doctor for approximately 2 minutes. The second visit, was a decent wait, so I was hopeful. However, the doctor had not reviewed my blood work prior to my visit and didn't know the dosage for my Bio Te pellet. Her nurse asked me to call my previous office to ask my dosage. Hmm. I wish I had known this days prior. I wouldn't have taken the time out of my day. The nurse kept coming into the treatment room to ask me questions for the doctor whom I could hear out in the hallway, but apparently, had no time to speak with me. I wasted an hour of my time and at the end of it they asked me to get my previous records, which they could have done upon my first visit. I decided to go back to my previous gynecologist, whom I loved, but found a bit far. This being down the street seemed so convenient. I guess not, though!! So, if you are looking for a disorganized, unprofessional experience, then by all mean, New Experience is for you!! I, myself am sticking with The Woodlands Gynecology. Worth the trip!

Maybe when I called to request the appointment for that day the receptionist should've confirmed whether the exam was important for me to do or check my date of birth to figure out it was unnecessary for a pelvic exam. I requested information for labs and was sent to the phlebotomist. She told me about the labs I was looking into and I explained to both the phlebotomist and Dr. Kari Eckhardt that I am SELF PAY ONLY. I wanted to get a genetic test done but knew I would most likely not be able to pay for it. The phlebotomist told me it was $10. She double checked it and sure enough charged me for $10. Later I got a $2k bill in the mail all thanks to the neglectful phlebotomist. I'd rather figure things out on my own before going to this scam of a place ever again. Thanks

The office is relaxed and attentive, quick , and all together sweet . Even bloodwork was quick and easy . I talk a lot so we all just laughed . I came from a place that didn't do the best care my first 5month of pregnancy. She does not play and I NEED that badly. She basically started me over as my medical records were sent incomplete but I was relieved because she was thorough with every test and informed me about EVERYTHING. Didn't make me feel small as a first time mom, listened and understood all my concerns . Thankful for her and the clinic.

This review is just for her and not the clinic itself. She is wonderful and amazing. I came to the medical office back in June after becoming pregnant with our first baby. I never met the OB/GYN for 4 months and only dealt with Nurse Chantal. She's knowledgable and empathetic to the nerves of a newly pregnant mom. I left the practice after a miscarriage scare when no one at the office was able to assist me or answer any questions over the weekend. The answering service was told to advise anyone suspected of an emergency to go to an emergency room. I wasn't satisfied with her answer and the lack of care or follow up from the OB/GYN. The final straw was when Dr Smith No-showed for an appointment after that incident without notice. I showed to the appointment and found out she had taken a personal leave. I cannot recommend Dr Smith's services but if you're not pregnant and need routine care. I would definitely see Nurse Chantal Ashley. Or perhaps you'll have better luck than I did.

However, I found this one it was close by and I was treated with a lot of warmth. Dr. Ogunlade was my doctor and she was AMAZING. I was coming for a well woman visit. She could tell I was really nervous and was exceptionally patient with me. Dr. Ogunlade had a lot of great stories and was very straightforward, which I really appreciated. I will absolutely be coming back to this clinic and highly recommend clinic.
