When she went back to place the order, the price went up. On asking Frank about the price increase, he denied giving the first price. We wanted it, so the order was placed. My wife asked for 4 cartons, but Frank strongly recommended she buy 5 cartons to account for waste, so she bought 5. After the job was completed and 3-1/2 cartons were used, I called and spoke to Frank about a return. He seemed miffed and said he would call me back. Hearing nothing by the end of the day, I called him back. Frank advised that the store would not take the return and the mill (he meant manufacturer) would charge a restock fee plus shipping, costing more to return than what I had already paid. I asked what the store's return policy was, and he essentially said the store didn't have one and they leave it up to the mill (manufacturer). He said he would call me if someone wanted that same vinyl tile, where he would give a full refund. I expressed my frustration that the chance of that would be near zero, to which he said "it could happen". So I'm stuck with a $160 carton. As originally calculated, only 4 cartons were needed. Had we known the item was not returnable, there's no way we would have purchased the additional carton. So, good job Frank, you got us. I hope you enjoy the $8 commission you squeezed from us. Be very careful if you must deal with Barb-Lin. For me, a pricey lesson.

I accepted the lower second tag price and did not realize until later that they had charged me for the original price. When confronted on the phone of this discovery, the owner denied that there were two price tags. I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.

I had their products manager, Jerry zings cone to our house and stated that the hardwood was installed improperly and need to replace the entire house with a better floor "Bruce" I requested that they replace the flooring with 3/4 hardwood a better quality floor ,they refused and stated they will replace with the same floor ,but this time they will glue it to the floor. We paid 19,000 . i will contact an attorney and proceed with a law suite. So if you are thinking to have a company install hardwood flooring in your house do not call Paul flooring. We made a mistake and wasted six weeks of your time. Here's what we're going to do to make it up to you." A ridiculous business with a gimmicky schtick and few client relations skills. Tragic stuff. Do not take an heirloom rug here to be cleaned. My heirloom oriental was ruined by them. When I…read morepicked up my antique persian rug which they assured me would be cleaned carefully and professionally, I took it home and unrolled it and was horrified. One end of the rug was still damp and was stretched out of shape. From the appearance, I assume it was hung up with clamps to dry. Also, the edge binding on one long side had been severely damaged. The edge had shown signs of wear before it was cleaned, now almost the entire edge cord was falling out of the rug. The flat weaves on the ends appeared to have diminished in size as well, as if several rows were missing. Worst of all, the entire feel and body of the pile had changed. It had been a moderately heavy rug with thick wool pile. I noticed as I unrolled it that it felt much too soft and flexible, as if the wool had been pounded or pressure washed. Now when I walk across the rug it bunches and moves, which it never did before. Also, I noticed a very professional repair where two rows had been skillfully stitched together. I really suspect that the rug was pressure-washed.
