I accepted the lower second tag price and did not realize until later that they had charged me for the original price. When confronted on the phone of this discovery, the owner denied that there were two price tags. I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.

I ended up hiring "Olden Carpet", down the street from them, to come in and rip out the Bucks County Carpet and Floors crap and re-do the entire project. Olden Carpet gave me the Mohawk Premium product I asked for in the first place. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves and removed all the trash. All of this for the same price I was charged by Bucks County Carpet and Flooring for their bait and switch crap.
