I showed her pictures of the items from our estate sale and she said that they would be able to sell them. Couple weeks after she said that they would take the items she sent me an email saying that they weren't interested that they only sold fine art, jewelry, and China. She also blocked my phone number and it goes straight to voicemail, every time I try to call her. Texts go as sms. They never pick up their business phone. I don't understand why people are scared to use their words. They have a terrible business operation with very poor customer service. They need to learn how to treat people.

I ordered some chair pads for my kitchen table through the owners. They used a local company, Rhody Rugs, to stock some of their products. I love that local supports local here! The products are reasonably priced! The owners take a holiday during the month of July (Probably to make room for more cool things they will find on holiday!) and when I went there recently, they had a 20% off sale on the entire store! The owners are also very, very kind. They took the time to talk to me to get to know me. I went back to the store to pick up my chair pads and I did not expect them to remember me, but they did! It's so rare and lucky to find a business that cares about customers like this. This is a store I will be going to frequently, as the merchandise will change and turnover and the owners are awesome!

I'm pretty sure 90% of the necklaces i own came from this store. There's a mix of used clothing, vintage and new. Men's and women's clothing is both available. I have picked up flannels from here as well as numerous pairs of shoes for under 20 bucks. The bargain bin is also a great option. There's a wall filled with a diverse selection of shoes and purses. My favorite is the jewelry and accessories scattered around the checkout. There is always cute necklaces or rings to pick out. Some of the jewelry was created by local artists so you know you can pick up something that is unique and fun. The whole vibe of the store is great and I could spend hours looking around and still keep finding new items. The owner and staff are awesome. It's a must visit on Shrewsbury st.
