We called Dr Palte's office after 5:00 pm and the next morning, Michelle called from the office and got us an appointment for the next morning. Dr Palte and his staff were very kind, understanding, and compassionate. preliminary exam performed and Dr Palte sat down and explained the procedure in complete detail. unfortunately due to the condition of the tooth Dr explained options of repair and removal. I decided based on Dr Palte's opinion that the best alternative was to remove the tooth and plan for either a bridge or an implant. The tooth was removed and prep started for the implant. My experience with this office was outstanding. Dr Palte took the time to totally explain the procedures and my options and I am very confident in my treatment plan. His staff is outstanding and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. His staff also gave me documentation of the procedure and completed all the insurance forms for the visit. I plan on having an implant placed and I will definitely return to Dr Palte's office for the procedure. Great job Dr Palte and your staff.

They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days of the referral. My first interaction was with Michelle who I immediately loved. She was very kind, welcoming and explained in detail what to expect from my visit. I was evaluated by Dr. Kimball, and when I say she is a real gem, that is an understatement. Her passion for dentistry exudes from her like a ray of sunshine. She was very sympathetic to my situation, and immediately after the evaluation began the first phase of the root canal. Her assistant Crystal, and her work together like pancakes and syrup. There interaction with each other is both professional and comedic, and definitely takes the edge off from undergoing a dental procedure. I could go on and on with my review, but in a nutshell, I would highly recommend this Endodontist if you want to experience an anxiety free procedure. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

She was super professional and great communicating everything from getting the referral from our family dentist to scheduling the appointment and covering the bases on cost. We don't have dental insurance and planned to pay out of pocket. It's been so long since anyone in our family has needed a root canal that we feared being retired without insurance would hinder scheduling. I walked in at 9:50, was in the chair at 10A and out the door at 10:30. WTF. I have no idea what this DR Doering even looks like- all I know is that it was done and I didn't have enough time to even realize what was happening. He runs a VERY well oiled machine- it is obviously what he specializes in so it wasn't too surprising. He was able to provide the confidence I needed to proceed with the procedure, and by the time I had a chance to think much he had music on and gave me a count down how much time was left along the way. It probably took a total of 8-10 minutes. Ok, I hope I don't need another root canal- but if I do.... I know where I'm going.

I was basically rushed out with an active infection and told to consult an oral surgeon ASAP. I had to ask for an antibiotic for the interim, which he told me "not to take unless I needed it." When I consulted my dentist & the oral surgeon later that day, both said to take the antibiotic immediately, as the numbing may not work during the treatment I needed with an active infection. Dr Doering also refused to prescribe me the treatment for a very common symptom of this antibiotic, which is standard process for the issue I experienced and has never been a problem with other dentists in the past. I was billed over $300 for hardly 5 minutes of Dr Doering's time, yet felt like I was disregarded because I did not end up spending big $$$ with him for treatment. Very happy to take your money, but incredibly reluctant to offer any necessary medication. Do not recommend.

I went there, they took copies of my BCBS card... no one in the office said a thing! Don't use this dentist! They will overcharge you the first chance they can get. Lobby only had old people in it... That is something I truly respect and appreciate. I even forgot something in the room and she ran out to my car to give it to me. The doctor I had was Michael Tamm and he did a good job explaining why my mouth was the way it was, how to fix what I wanted, and also alternative methods to what my Google searches had concluded before coming. I felt like I was at the spa getting my teeth cleaned and am grateful for the opportunity. Nicole even was able to answer some questions about teeth whitening options and teeth correcting trays which I plan on doing as a treat to myself for my 30th birthday. I have a busy schedule, like most people, and the front desk was great about figuring out when works best for me so I could quickly do what I want! I am military so I have a form that has to be printed out, signed and returned to my unit promptly; they not only printed it out for me but ensured that it was filled out correctly by the time I left. It's a few days later and my teeth still feel amazing! The only thing I would change is maybe having sunglasses for the patients to wear while getting the oral care attended to, it would be nice with the bright lights and also not make it so awkward for the patient. I noticed the other reviews mentioned the staff being busy/rushed. As someone who works in healthcare, THEY ARE BUSY! People have constantly had oral/dental emergencies. It took me about 2.5 months to get this appointment, so of course they are busy/rushed seemingly. Healthcare workers have laborious jobs that involve human interactions for 99% of the day and it is often frustrating dealing with certain things. This establishment did great, they take Tricare insurance so I am going to be loyal to them!

During this time I was not only humiliated, but disrespected as I went to block you with my arm when you maneuvered to inject me with a needle without my knowledge of knowing why you were doing that so fast before the numbing agent was affective, in which you responded by aggressively yelling out for me to "PUT YOUR HAND DOWN" which was loudly shouted out at me in a time where I was vulnerable and already experiencing a great deal of anxiety surrounding the procedure. Even if you were frustrated you could've taken that moment to think that maybe I was nervous or scared. You could have said "ma'am please put your hand down" and then explained what you were doing. He charged $1,600 to insurance and took $300 from me, only to reopen and refill the same root, not perform a full retreatment. The pain after numbing was unbearable, and the office lied multiple times about their hours and failed to send a promised antibiotic prescription--putting my health and my patients at risk. Staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. The assistant addressed me in a degrading way and tossed my appointment card. When I finally went to a dental emergency clinic, they extracted the tooth properly for an additional $950. This clinic cares more about billing insurance than patient well-being. Poor care, lies, and dismissiveness made this the worst dental experience of my life. I'm filing formal complaints and urge others to avoid this place.
