That is not an easy job, but Madeleine, Brandon, and Scott, our team, made it as easy as possible. We gave them the information that they asked for and they developed a series of proposals and options and we asked questions and more questions, (law often sounds like a foreign language), which they patiently and quickly answered by phone, email, messaging, etc. They have held our hands through the whole process and are continuing to hold it as we follow the instructions they have laid out. As we worked on the wills and powers of attorney, health instructions, etc., the pandemic was growing and so we did almost all of our communicating by phone conferencing or email. When papers needed signing, it was done outdoors in our car with masks and gloves. The procedure was well thought out and everything we needed was there and ready and now, COVID-19 conscious. All the work that they did for us was well planned and executed. That kind of work, the kind that really makes your life easier, costs money. It was worth it. Thank you all for your help. Sincerely MSW

We felt we had the best representation on our civil case against an insurance company. We had to go to trial and Tyler, Tom, and Marc explained the process and prepared us for trial which is nothing we had ever experienced before. Trial was 4 days long and they worked around the clock (even on the weekend and evenings) to make sure our case was successful, and it was. We would strongly recommend Wites and Rogers Law Firm to anyone in need of legal representation. Beyond grateful for their service.

She's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, and genuinely caring. One thing that really stood out was how organized she was--every document, meeting, and step of the process was handled with such care and attention to detail. She explained everything clearly and made the paperwork feel totally manageable, which I truly appreciated. Jen made what could have been a complicated and emotional task feel empowering and smooth. The initial communications were good, quick and responsive... Mr. Pratt emailed me and told me to…read morecall him.. We had a brief free consultation (where it sounded like he was eating a bag of chips) and also not really very helpful, though he did present a couple viable legal options. I asked to think about it over the weekend and I would get back to him... The weekend passed, and I called him the next week, twice (both times spoke with his assistant who sounded half-asleep) and I requested a call back... Didn't hear anything then I sent an email direct, no response either. Then I decided to dig deeper and I googled Mr. Pratt's name, "attorney reviews" and got some really, really bad ones on a third party site. These other reviews really captured what I experienced (or could have experienced). I grew displeased with Mr. Pratt's "lack of care, and enthusiasm" and searched elsewhere for better quality representation, and better quality customer service. The bottom line: Mr. Pratt was UNSAT! And I hired a different lawyer.

From the very beginning, he went above and beyond for me and my case. He made what was an incredibly stressful and emotional process feel manageable because I always knew I had someone in my corner. He was so personal, compassionate, attentive, and accessible throughout the entire process. I never felt like just another client or another case number. He genuinely cared. He guided me every step of the way, answered my questions, made himself available when I needed him, and always made me feel heard and reassured. He even took the time to speak with my brother, who is also a criminal defense attorney in another state, and they were completely on the same page. That meant so much to me. And then came the phone call with the results. When he personally called me to tell me, I cried. I truly could not have asked for a better outcome, and I could not have been blessed with a better attorney to guide me through the process. I will forever be grateful for what he did for me. I would hire him 10,000,000 times over without hesitation, and I will recommend him to absolutely anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney. He is worth every single penny and then some! If I could describe him in one sentence, I would say: gentle shark . He is kind, compassionate, patient, and gentle with you, but an absolute shark when it comes to fighting for you and protecting your interests. I genuinely feel like he was a God-send. An absolute angel when I needed one most. If you are looking for someone who will truly fight for you, guide you, listen to you, and treat you like a human being rather than just a case, hire him. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am beyond grateful that he was my attorney.
