They said it couldnt be done and and then left the mattress in the lobby with my son. They gave no other options to help in any way. They could have tried to to make arrangements to return the mattress. This is not the conduct of a professional moving team. Incidently, my son and roommate were able to get the mattress up with little effort. Not too mention they are NOT MOVERS! I called the office and the supervisor said he had pictures from the delivery crew and that he could do nothing. I told him he could see in person what the hall and stairs looked like. I also told him that we got the mattress in with little effort. He refused to refund my deposit and would not connect me to any other supervisor or owner. A perfect example of terrible customer service! Never even received an apology!

They are contracted to Costco for package delivery, then don't show up after making you wait three hours, and then tell you to call them next week and go to their warehouse to pick up the package THEY were paid to deliver.
