We hired Good to go to move a king size mattress. It was being delivered to an appt on the 3rd floor. The movers went up the first flight of stairs and then went back down. They said it couldnt be done and and then left the mattress in the lobby with my son. They gave no other options to help in any way. They could have tried to to make arrangements to return the mattress. This is not the conduct of a professional moving team. Incidently, my son and roommate were able to get the mattress up with little effort. Not too mention they are NOT MOVERS! I called the office and the supervisor said he had pictures from the delivery crew and that he could do nothing. I told him he could see in person what the hall and stairs looked like. I also told him that we got the mattress in with little effort. He refused to refund my deposit and would not connect me to any other supervisor or owner. Worst moving/delivery company ever! Do NOT use them! 1. They show up hours late and then charge double for a move. 2. They are contracted to Costco for package delivery, then don't show up after making you wait three hours, and then tell you to call them next week and go to their warehouse to pick up the package THEY were paid to deliver. This was my second load of furniture delivered to our new house. I wished I had of chosen Good To Go the first time as it was a bad experience. With good to go movers, your worries are over. Absolutely TERRIBLE! On the day of the move they canceled! An hour before they were to show up the company called saying one of the movers didn't come into work so they were going to have to cancel! WHAT THE ??? I have to suffer because your company is not efficient or can't figure out their staffing situation. I had to organize another company to fix their last minute problem. The company said they had other deliveries to do and they were understaffed. Well then, as a scheduler for a staffing company myself. Call someone in, get people to work OT, do SOMETHING so I am not left stranded the day of. Outrageous! read more

I loved this company. I had a heavy old wood cook stove to move along with other household items and this company even helped me dig three apple trees and move them! The one young man was going ro be a doctor and this was how he was paying for his school. i wish him luck. The other young man was a drummer...! The young men were quick and efficient and the young lady who organized the move in the office was amazing...and their price was great! Oh, and nothing was broken! read more

Had a very heavy upright piano moved and everything was exceptional! I would highly recommend these movers. They took care to wrap the piano and make sure everything was moved safely.
