It was about thirtyish minutes. So need someone who is nose down in his work , no fluff , no pointless banter ,will get to it ASAP this is your guy ! Not sure you'll pass and have an overdue registration and or need or had repairs. He'll tell you what you need and what to expect! .I highly recommending this place if you're one of the folks having an older car that you're not quite sure we'll pass. This guys are super honest, fair , hard-working to the point careful and explain everything to you. Remember if you've had your car worked on, , jumped recently, where the battery disconnected you need to drive at least 110 miles for a valid smog test. Don't waste your time or money testing if you don't have at least 110 miles after a battery disconnect for any reason the computer will pick up on it and so will the testing any place you go ! So don't get mad at him . He is a nice immigrant, who knows his stuff and is living the American dream ! Character check is everywhere in that shop amongst all of his well used typical hands-on, hard-working, grease monkey mechanic decor. You will notice a plethora of positive sayings affirmations, honest, old world, values, and good person vibes. Yeah yes it's a hole in the wall. There's not a great lobby, but you get to sit outdoors next to some plants and watch him work on your car or get it smog checked. He gave me so much attitude last time and now I'm back with another car and he's standing by the no smoking sign smoking a cigarette. Funny thing is I just about to click submit on this as a 5 star review and then I watched the new guy snap a piece off my door as he closed it aggressively. Smog shop doubled down and basically told me nothing they could do and refused to apologize. Never coming back to this shop.
