He didn't have a truck. I ended up having to pick up the materials using my car. He didn't know how to measure so we didn't buy enough wood and I had to make extra trips. I realized the following day that he was still short on wood, didn't inform me. He took 2 short pieces and screwed them together, compromising the integrity of the roof beams where the shelves were installed. I don't think the guy they hired to do this work had any real hands on experience. It was very sloppy. Arlene has done NOTHING to remedy this issue. She is awful and don't know why she even has this job! She ignores all emails. I would find someone else to do the work if you plan on having something done right. Now I have to hire someone to fix what this guy screwed up.
