I worked with Michael to get an 11 foot bin disposal. He was responsive to text messages, and at the end of the day, the transaction was successful. Here's why I gave him a 3 and not a 5; despite his response time, the commitment and promise of delivery was not there. We initially agreed on a 1pm delivery time, and because of their availability and route schedule, they didn't drop off the bin until the next morning. -1 star The pickup was just as bad. I was traveling and had my family ensure their bin was picked up before they left the house. We scheduled a 12pm pickup time, which they gave me. Although he told me I didn't have to be there for pickup, I was compelled and felt responsible for the property until it was removed. I also didn't want to have traces of garbage in the street. It was past 6pm when they arrived. Again, with the apologies and route schedule excuse. -1 star Michael, my advice is really simple; don't set unrealistic expectations for your customers if you can't meet them. Will give you a low low price, will bring a small dump truck, then say we usually charge more, load half first and threaten to dump back your trash in front of your home if you don't pay more. We called and inquired on a 3yd dumpster for a back yard clean out less than a week before we needed it. Mike, was super responsive and we got it scheduled for a few days later. Chris dropped off the 3yd'er on a Friday afternoon. We were able to fill it over the next couple of days and by the following Friday, we had it picked up.
