I worked with Michael to get an 11 foot bin disposal. He was responsive to text messages, and at the end of the day, the transaction was successful. Here's why I gave him a 3 and not a 5; despite his response time, the commitment and promise of delivery was not there. We initially agreed on a 1pm delivery time, and because of their availability and route schedule, they didn't drop off the bin until the next morning. -1 star The pickup was just as bad. I was traveling and had my family ensure their bin was picked up before they left the house. We scheduled a 12pm pickup time, which they gave me. Although he told me I didn't have to be there for pickup, I was compelled and felt responsible for the property until it was removed. I also didn't want to have traces of garbage in the street. It was past 6pm when they arrived. Again, with the apologies and route schedule excuse. -1 star Michael, my advice is really simple; don't set unrealistic expectations for your customers if you can't meet them. Your lack of commitment will drive them to look elsewhere for better service. read more

Mike is awesome! We needed a dumpster for a remodel we were doing. He got us scheduled the same day we requested it. And then when we needed a switch out, he got that taken care of the same day as well. We appreciate his prompt attention to our needs! Thank you Mike and crew read more

Used the latest technology of "BAIT AND SWTICH". Will give you a low low price, will bring a small dump truck, then say we usually charge more, load half first and threaten to dump back your trash in front of your home if you don't pay more. Then make more excuses why I don't have cakes and candies in my trash. Throw a fit and act like his dump truck is on fire. extremely rude and disrespectful. Border line psychopath. Patholological narcissist. I clearly mentioned the trash details. Sent multiple pictures , again and again, reconfirmed multiple times- but he still managed to complain and scam me $50 more. Avoid getting scammed! read more

I got a quick response from Mike, the owner, when I requested a quote for junk removal. Clean Fx is a local company and Mike is a veteran and local coach. His quote was on point and we were able to schedule pick up for the next day. Efrain arrived and quickly and efficiently removed what we had. Both Mike and Efrain are really friendly and professional. I will be calling them again. read more

I started a project on yelp for hauling/dump of garbage in my yard that I've been avoiding , CleanFX was one of the companies that reached out to me. I chose them because they were quick and efficient upon first contact, didn't give me any extra mumbo jumbo. They answered my questions, gave me a flat rate, scheduled a date and picked up my trash. Johnathon R. Was very clear and communicated his timely arrival with me which was 10 am Saturday morning. I had extra trash I had to toss and gave me a reasonable fee to dispose of it. They literally threw everything I needed out so I can renew my yard and it already made the biggest difference. Thanks guys will def reach out with any other projects I may need yall in! read more

2 reviews in 1: First, I contacted Mike to get a bin to my house after fighting with my teenage son to clean out the garage. Not only did Mike respond to my request immediately, the bin was delivered to my house within the hour and my garage was cleaned same day. We still had space in the bin to clear out more in the house, so Clean FX let us keep the bin for as many days as we needed with no hassle. Second, as a local realtor many of my clients need to declutter and trash out to get prepped to sell. I called to see if he could help my clients who were especially overwhelmed with way too much "stuff" and again, they not only got a bin to them immediately, but he personally was in contact with them to quickly to see how Clean FX could help. read more

I don't know how I'd work a job without Clean Fx. Super patient when my schedule pushed their work. Way more than accommodating when I called in a rush order or service. Any film set and event would be happy to have their 24/7 customer service. Mike is an excellent coordinator and Greg is boots on the ground all the while with a smile. Low budget or big time they treat me so well. read more

Outstanding service and response time with delivering the bin. Great pricing as well. Thanks.

Did a very good job pressure washing my house. Showed up on time and everything was perfect.

The realtor that sold my mother's house hired this company to clean out all the things left behind in the garage and a few pieces of furniture in the house, to make a long story short i had some very valuable collectibles that i had asked them not to touch, and they turned up missing. When my family called the company they made zero effort to help resolve our issue and blocked our number. So if the job you are hiring for involves any valuables or personal items, I probably would hire a different company read more

We called and inquired on a 3yd dumpster for a back yard clean out less than a week before we needed it. Mike, was super responsive and we got it scheduled for a few days later. Chris dropped off the 3yd'er on a Friday afternoon. We were able to fill it over the next couple of days and by the following Friday, we had it picked up. Pricing was great and being able to fill at our leisure was! We still have a garage clean out to work on and will definitely be using Mike again! Highly recommend. read more
