When I got home and took the shoes out of the box I noticed several scuff marks on the shoes. I called and spoke to Kate. She said I could bring the shoes back. I brought them back two days later. The owner informed me that shoes would've never left her store in that condition. In other words - I must've scuffed them. I explained that I hadn't worn them, so couldn't possibly have made scuff marks. She said maybe they got scuffed in the shoe box. What? That doesn't even make sense! Her Customer Service is lacking and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Needless to say they've lost my business.

He listened to me talk about the many ups and downs in my relationship with running; he even looked at my old running shoes while assessing me. He did thorough measurements and studied my gait; he than retreated to the store room and made a selection of the shoes he thought would be the best for me and my issues.
