I had heard of B In Touch but had no idea where it was. Based on some reviews on the Needham FB…read morepage, I went here and am SO glad I did! The space is so peaceful and nice - better than I expected given the "business" strip mall it's in. I was able to schedule a massage last minute, which was great, and was scheduled with Jenna. She was super friendly and respectful. And the massage was AWESOME. She totally worked exactly the spots that needed it, but also gave some attention to the rest of my body. I felt AMAZING when I was done and am so sad it ended. I've had a lot of massages - some fantastic, some awful. This was definitely near the top. I found that the pressure was perfect - once or twice it got close to being too hard, but never was. She repeatedly asked if the pressure was ok and never went over the line into too hard or painful. It's a bit pricier than I'd like, but that seems to be standard for massage places now. And it's cheaper than other places in the area that I've gone. If you buy a 5-pack or 10-pack, you can save a bit of money, too.

I recently visited Mariana for a Reiki session. I have to admit it was my first time with Reiki,…read morebut I've always heard things about it, so I thought I would give it a try. Mariana has a great set-up, she works out of her home, parking is easy and she has a side entrance for her practice so it feels professional and comfortable. For me, the Reiki was very relaxing. I happened to be getting over the flu, so had been experiencing sleepless nights from coughing. I was concerned that as soon as I lay down, I would start coughing, but somehow Mariana's Reiki managed to calm my system down. The energy from her hands did manage to let my body relax, which it hadn't in the past few days due to the flu. I did feel better when I got up to leave! Mariana had some feedback on the energy she was feeling in different areas of my body, and followed up on it with an email explaining the different chakras (energy centers of the body). If you are thinking of giving Reiki a try, I would highly recommend Mariana, she is warm and welcoming and her Reiki gave me a boost when I was dragging!

I came to her feeling like a shell of myself, not knowing what to do. From the beginning of working with her, she immediately made me feel safe, heard, and at peace. At times, I felt like my issues were too much, too much for her to even take in, but that anxiety completely went away with her comfort and understanding. Through her healing using brain integration, I have not only been able to cope with the recent traumatic events in my life, but also navigate through major depression and helplessness. Additionally, her healing sessions have had positive physical effects on my body - I no longer suffer from acid reflux and stomach ulcers, which I have had for over 25 years. I am currently in menopause and my joint pain symptoms have improved, and my insomnia has decreased. There aren't words that can express how thankful I am for her healing and care. Also, I live on the West Coast of the United States, so we work remotely. Energy healing works! Liz is proof.

My experience with Leo was awesome. It's hard to describe the experience because it's different for everyone, but I felt so much lighter and at ease after my appointment. Leo is amazing at what she does, and you can feel her passion for her craft & how much she cares about using it to help people when you're in a session. It was really beneficial- much more than I anticipated, and a really fascinating experience. I appreciate everyone probably has a different takeaway, but for me it felt like what my body always wants a massage to be - I was able to relax my body while also releasing some stored up energy/ emotions. Lillie provided a safe and comfortable space, and we were both able to process and relax together. I will definitely book another session (partner would also do again!) and we would both highly recommend Lillie to work with. Thank you!

Lillie was kind, professional, welcoming, trauma-informed, and truly gifted. I was able to enter a deeply meditative space almost instantly with her that allowed me to safely process and release a lot of emotions and memories that I hadn't realized were hanging so heavily on me. This was intense, but she kept everything feeling safe and manageable by offering numerous options and gentle conversation throughout the session to guide me. I left feeling more myself than I had in months, and both contentedly tired and thoroughly energized. I don't understand Reiki still or how it "works", but I'm a believer now! I cannot wait for my next session with Lillie--I feel like I was able to advance my life and relationships in important ways after the first session with her, and I'm excited to see and feel what happens next time.

I'm honestly not someone who usually writes reviews, but my experience with Marisa has been so…read moreimpactful that I felt like I had to share. I drive over an hour each way to see her and it's been so worth it. I originally went to see Marisa for extreme anxiety and ongoing sleep issues, after trying what felt like every modality out there: somatic exercises, journaling, therapy, BIT, meditation, breath-work...you name it. While many of those helped in their own ways, nothing truly moved the needle for me the way hypnoacupuncture with Marisa has. From my very first session, there was an obvious shift. Even the people around me noticed. After that first session, the tension in my shoulders decreased, and the only way I can describe it is that everything (physically & mentally) felt like it had been taken down a notch. Since working with her, my sleep has completely transformed. I went from having an extremely hard time falling asleep and waking up almost every hour, to now pretty much sleeping through the night. If I do wake up, I can fall back asleep easily, and I'm even dreaming a lot which I take as a sign I'm finally getting deep, restful sleep. I've seen such drastic improvements that I genuinely feel like I have a new baseline. I feel so much more in control of my anxiety now and honestly like a completely different person than I was just a few months ago. It's been truly life changing. I honestly wish I could see her weekly. The closest way I can describe how you feel leaving a session is like you just had a massage; you're so relaxed, grounded, and at ease. Marisa has truly touched my life. She is genuinely an angel. She listens, she cares deeply, and she is incredibly dedicated to her clients. If she doesn't have an answer right away, she always follows up, whether by email or the next time you see her, which says so much about the level of thought and attention she gives. I don't feel comfortable around many people, but there's something about her energy that is so light and reassuring. She creates such a safe, welcoming environment, and it makes all the difference. I'm so grateful to have found her and truly can't recommend her enough.
