Over the course of my visits, I have consistently encountered challenges that have caused inconvenience, frustration, and additional expenses (e.g., arranging childcare). While I've approached these situations with understanding and patience, I've been met with a lack of empathy and cold customer service from several team members. During my most recent visit, I encountered multiple issues: 1. Lack of Warmth and Empathy: Despite explaining my frustration with a defective pen, the budtender did not acknowledge or apologize for my experience. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude. 2. Unrecorded Notes: I had previously spoken to a manager and requested notes be added to my account regarding the defective pen, but this was not honored. 3. Interaction with Nicole: When I inquired about the delay in resolving my issue, Nicole escalated the situation by calling me "rude" and belittling me. Her comment, "We treat you how you treat us," was especially disheartening and unprofessional. I understand the challenges of retail environments, but it is crucial for staff--especially management--to exhibit professionalism and EMPATHY. I left the store feeling unheard, anxious, and humiliated. I am requesting: * A formal apology from Nicole for her behavior and comments. * Assurance that staff will receive training to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy in the future. Nectar is awesome!! This is the kind of dispensary I've been searching for. They have a huge concentrate selection, ranging from $15 to $80. I was very impressed with the prices (recreational btw), and the quality of some of the concentrates was unbelievable!! I got two grams of some sugar that is pretty much looks like snow, it's so white. They taste awesome, too! Only $24! And the weed, holy crap they have dozens of strains! They have so many it was hard for me to choose. They also had several strains that I've heard a lot of hype about and wanted to try but have never seen in a dispensary before, until now (i.e. Gelato, Sunset Sherbet, The White, Granola Funk, etc.). The cheapest shelf is $20/eighth, which is pretty good! From this shelf I got Super Snapple Haze and it smells super fruity! And on top of all that, they have a points rewards system! I give the Gresham a zero star review. There was a mentally ill Bi man who I had brought in my car in the parking lot screaming he wanted to die. The staff called the police saying he threatened them and the bitch customer who claimed he was screaming at her he didn't say one word to anyone but me. I will truly always love going to a dispensary walking into the doors is always puts a smile on my face besides my husband and I don't know what else does that. Even though nectar seems a little bit too fancy for me at times I still love going to him they have great customer service and seem to have a good report with some of their regulars​. This is one of my flavorite places to by top shelf. I can not go in without walking out with at least an 1/8. I also love the specials they have on Friday and Sunday. I found a fabulous infused massage oil at this location called "Cloud 9". Lavender, bergamot and eucalyptus are used to compliment the infusion, giving it a great scent. The cashier Ryan attempted to flirt with me while I was checking out. After I turned him down and said I have a boyfriend, he became rude and clearly annoyed. Iv been to many different dispensaries and this one is the best! Mike S was my budtender and he helped me fast and efficiently with what i needed not to mention he was cracking me up the whole time. The girl with really short hair - was amazing. So knowledgeable about all strains and very efficient in giving me the exact type of flower I wanted. A human menu, as she called it.
