Filed online (took 5 minutes, just type in all the info from the form) as soon as we got home, and by end of day I'd already printed his temporary card and we were on our way to the dispensary. Subsequently, they've also worked with my wife with the same great results. Now that we're "in the system" we only need to see them on a webcam call once a year to renew.
