Bread and olive oil

Dined here for dinner. Decent ambiance and good service here. I went with the creamy pesto-- I would have ordered the Margarita pizza as an appetizer, but I had room service pizza the day prior, and it was awful. The food here took quite awhile, actually all the dining here throughout the resort, takes quite awhile. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my dinner here. We both opted for Tiramisu for dinner, which was not very good, but that was fine-- I did enjoy my actual dinner.

This is my fave restaurant at the Secrets the Vine resort. They we've Italian food and everything was great and tasty. Service was exceptional. Even the bread is super soft. Definitely try their Panna cotta. However, the tiramisu we had was very runny and not that great. Overall, you can't go wrong here.

I'm not a huge fan of italian food but this was my favorite restaurant in the hotel. The brick oven pizza, beef carppacio, salad and filet were great. I do wish you could order a side of pasta to go with the filet as it comes without any accompaniments.

Great Italian food restaurant at Secrets at the Bine hotel. Opens at 6pm. Beef carpaccio is excellent. Also must try the Asparagus Cream Soup. Pepperoni pizza was ok, but the Tortellini was amazing. Tiramisu and passion fruit sorbet very good.

Beautiful honeymoon table

Food was good. Alfredo was tasty. Rodrigo was an amazing waiter! The ambiance was top notch!

We came to Nebbiolo during our recent stay at Secrets the Vine. We came for a late dinner (around 930pm) and there was no wait. We were quickly seated and our server came to get us started. They bring out a wine menu but careful because there may be an additional charge depending the wine you choose. We ordered three entrees to be shared- Gnocchi, Fillet, and Osso Buco. Everything was great but the Osso Buco was the best of the three. It was so incredibly tender and came placed on a risotto plate which was to die for. One of the best meals I've had at an all inclusive. It is a must try when staying at Secrets the Vine!

Crab tortellini

Be prepared to wait...but its worth it. Its nice inside. Not overly bright not too dim. If the crab tortellini is on the menu order it. Its not a big serving but it's filling. Plus you get an appetizer and bread. The crab tortellini is spicy! So good. You get about 4 but they are big. You won't be disappointed. Their caprese salad was also good. The bread was foccacia; very soft but the top was crunchy.

Dessert - got this twice, so amazing

My most favorite restaurant at Secrets the Vine! (And we tried almost all of the restaurants excluding Olio). Went here about 3 times also. The entrees were so amazing! But I have to say, the appetizers stood out the most. You have to get the asparagus cream soup, this honestly blew me away. It does not taste like asparagus at all, rather this creamy delicious soup that literally hits all of your taste buds at once. Another must have appetizer is the beef carpaccio. This one blew my mind, and was the main reason we kept coming back to this place. The dressing that came with the salad was so flavorful. They also provide bread and mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and fresh Parmesan cheese that you can dip your bread in, and it reminded me of Italy. The bread varies daily so i was always excited to see what type of bread they had next. Honestly, I did not expect to keep coming back to this place over all the other restaurants, because passing by there were a lot of empty seats (granted, it was 9 PM), and I was thinking if it's not crowded, it ain't that good. But if there's any restaurant you're looking to try at Secrets the Vine, you must go here, and you will not regret it!

I'm surprised that my experience wasn't as great as everyone else's. The ambiance is lovely and the service was perfect but I didn't enjoy my food. The managers special came out first and it was zucchini and peppers with tomato sauce smeared on the side. It was good but served cold. I think I would have it preferred it hot. Most of the managers specials at the hotels were served cold. There's a small salad bar in the middle of the restaurant and everything is fresh. The bread was magnificent but my lasagna had no sauce in it. I was so surprised! It was smeared on the side of the plate again!! It was so dry and disappointing. The lovely server did offer me more sauce on the side but I refused only because I had other options.

Food was very good but the portions were small. However, Eduardo Santos our waiter was amazing. Please ask for him.

When it was delivered it was WELL DONE. This was sent back and then 2 male waiters came to deliver same steak and tried to "educate" on cutting a steak (against the grain in middle...no sh!t). They wouldn't let us take picture of it. Steak was still WELL DONE and they proceeded to argue (even though no pink at all on 1st and minimal on next). Finally they took back and refired and it was ok (nothing special). Ruined dinner. Roberto (Mgr) came to see how meal was and wanted to argue that the first one really weren't wrong and we just didn't cut them right...(guess how that went over) They brought out a "celebration desert" which we ate a bit and thanked them for it but damage had been done. That will be last time we go there as it's pricey and this experience wasn't good. Learn temperatures of steak and don't send multiple people to argue if kitchen makes a mistake (it was a mistake). The pros: Lemon palate cleansing sorbet and Stephanie (waitress) was good and if it weren't for her, we would've walked away. That is it.

My family & friends enjoyed the environment with good AC (it's a humid night) & with a stunning view of the lagoon. At night this place transforms itself into a tree house atmosphere with the mangrove growing up through the patio lit up with sparkling lights! It's magical! My waiter was pretty good, pretty attentive, but it really wasn't busy at the time I went. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with tartufo, at the time I didn't realize it was mushroom, I thought it was something else, but it turned out to be OK. The sauce is not thick at all.... it's just kind of a buttery half-and-half sauce... so the sauce does not adhere to the noodles. I got one small piece of bread on the side, which actually turned out to be OK since it was pretty warm. The service was good, so it went up to 3, but the pasta dish was not really worth it.

The lunch sesh has begun and we're going to give their signature Italian Restaurant a proper go at it. Welcome to Verenna Let's get right into it. Shall we. First up is the Bread - Crust is a light and crispy. Olive oil is delicate. Its a great combo. 7/10 2nd on the list is the Spaghetti Amatriciana - Pasta was perfect. The sauce is a bit salty. Accuracy is a little off. Also i found a piece of twig twig in my mouth. 5.2/10 Last but not the least is the Tiramisu - Tasted like it came out of a box. Some of the icing embellishments with the fruit is too sweet as well. Sorry, but it's a 5 for me. The restaurant was nicely laid out with the al fresco motif. The service was pretty good, just a bit lacking on intuitiveness. I had to ask for plates and cutlery when we were on the bread phase. But overall not a big deal.
