While some of the staff has transitioned over the years, Susan has always been directly involved, making sure the service was up to her standards. I travel a lot for work and have come home more than once at 3am after a long trip and delayed flights, only to walk in and smell the clean. Yes, I admit I have texted her at that terrible hour, just to say thank you. I often refer to Susan as our cleaning angel and would give up every other "luxury" I have if needed, just to keep her engaged!

I called to schedule an appointment as well as discuss how a few floors didn't need done as I was replacing carpet upstairs. A team of 4 showed up with all their own supplies (which was great as I had nothing there they could have used). They did a fantastic job. Not only did they do the expectations like cleaning the toilets and wiping windows. They even scrubbed our 6 panel doors which probably hadn't been cleaned in 29 years when the house was built. The floors were hand scrubbed and the house smelled so clean when I came home. They even vacuumed my stairs which I had said wasn't neccessary as I was pulling the carpet off those. I am beyond impressed with their service. There was so much cleaning I didn't want to do or really had the time to do. This was worth every penny and then some. Do not hesitate to use them. Price wise they were priced competitively but fairly. 100% worth it.
