They work slow, take too many breaks (on the clock) and are always late. One worker actually fell asleep on the job and I got charged for his sleeping on the job! Instead of pulling up the poisonous black nightshade in my backyard, they decided to rototill the area, and it has spread further. My backyard was supposed to be covered with pea gravel, and there is no pea gravel, just a muddy, weedy mess. They also charged me for getting the gravel, I haven't gotten any gravel. They hung a no-dig picket fence in front; it's crooked. They put mulch by the sidewalk; weeds and grass are growing through the mulch. I bought a composite privacy fence for the backyard; it's not installed. They did crappy work and it should have cost me about 1/4 of the amount they charged me. When my money ran out, they wanted more money. Authorities including police, my bank, the State Attorney General, and more have been notified.

This was a very disappointing experience for me. Several of my items were left in the back of their…read moretruck and it has taken far too long to get them returned -- and when something finally was dropped off it wasn't even the right piece. Then it took lots of nagging and broken promises to get one of the big pieces back. Even with that, one piece is still missing. Door frames (including a newly built garage frame) were left damaged. Hardwood floors got scratched because furniture was dragged, not lifted. Furniture was not put back the way it was found -- cushions were left on the floor and part of the couch (that wasn't part of the furniture being delivered) was turned upright. My floors were left dirty and they walked on white carpet with shoes on. One of the things they were hired to move was just left sideways on the ground. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected. Their prices are on par with many other services but wildly unprofessional. Based on my personal experience, I would never use this company again, and I would recommend others think carefully before booking.
