I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are very professional and do not nickel…read moreand dime you to death when you have to have repairs done to your system. They find the best solutions but budget friendly for you. In November hired them to replace my heat pump. Everything but very well but we had a heat wave come in and my house was not cooling like it should so they came back out check the heat pump it was fine but they suspected that it was something going on with the duct work. They did not replace the ductwork when they put the heat pump in because I had just bought the house and the people that was selling the home replace that. They took a look and the workmanship for the duct work was very poor and the air return was not the right size so I had to have that replaced. If you have any HVAC issues I would highly highly recommend calling them if they're in your area. Also all of the technicians that came out were very nice professional.

Yes I am pissed!!! 3 years ago we had too replace the…read morecompressor and fan on our ac unit.we used Warsaw Heating &Air a local company, Bob was always big on using local as much as possible. So we have used them for at least 13 years. When I went to pay the bill which ,was under 300 dollars, I paid 200 more for the next time they had to come out to fix something. The lady said it would be ok to do. So about a month ago the fan broke again, over 500 dollars to replace the fan. We went to paid the bill today. I asked about the 200 dollars that I paid extra 3 years ago. After about 20 minutes of paper finding, they found a paper that said the the 200 dollars was for only one year. Now when I left the 200 dollars there was no paper they wrote up she just took my money and said all was OK. I signed nothing!!! I saw no paper!!!@ And when they did come out to fix the fan they left wires hanging out of the unit. The owner said something about it being OK something about the fan being able to reverse it rotation. Now I'm not a electrician but they didn't find the wires hanging out so they should have put them where they were, professional like. Yeah .....I am now looking a new ac/heating company!!!!!

Called them recently to check our "older" unit and Charlie (the owner) basically shamed me repeatedly for not going with their high priced unit. Bottom line: If you want a plumber who does quality work and stands behind his work, even if he…read moremakes a mistake, it is NOT this guy. Curtis Hooks was recommended to me by a very reputable source so I had high hopes of finding a reliable and dependable plumber who focuses on quality of their work. We hired Curtis to replace two shower/tub faucet assemblies and install a new water softener and filter. We purchased all of the materials with his help at our expense and his advise to help save some money, which was appreciated. He charged $700 which I believe is way more than what was fair for the work that was performed. After all is said and done, everything 'sort-of' works...both shower pipes are completely loose and not properly attached to the walls and a few other minor issues. Nothing was done with quality work, I assure you. The pipe that he assembled to connect the new water softener to the new filter is now leaking after just over two months. It is leaking from a joint in the pipe that he clearly installed. I contacted him a week ago to ask him to come fix it and was told that it "looks like a factory defect". I have given him a week to correct this one issue and he has not answered my text since. Although Curtis 'completed' the jobs he was hired to perform, they were not completed with professionalism or quality workmanship. I will update this post if he ends up actually owning up to his mistake and fixing the problem, but I am not holding my breath for that.
