There was one instance when I first started chartering buses from Greenway where my team accidentally forgot to submit the contract. I called Marc on his cellphone just a couple hours before the event and he mentioned to me that I never submitted the contract so he assumed I went with another vendor. I informed him that we had every intention of submitting the contract and that there was a miscommunication. Marc saved the day by informing me that he would be able to have 5 buses ready by the time of my event. Even though it was short notice (on my end), the buses arrived on time and the drivers were very pleasant.
