I have been doing my banking here for almost 12 years now and I have never looked back. Carole, the…read morebank manager, will bend over backwards to take care of all your banking needs. I have had car loans, personal loans, business loans, savings accounts, and checking accounts at Mohawk Progressive. They have great rates and no fee checking accounts as well as online banking. MPFCU is a small credit union where the member really does come first. They may not have all the latest techno services of the larger banks but they got it where it counts- and that's customer service. I remember a couple years ago my iTunes account was hacked and the thief started making several hundred dollar purchases over and over again to his fake account on iTunes that ended up totaling over $3000 dollars. Carole called me and alerted me to the activity and put a stop payment on my account before calling me. She knows me well enough to know I didn't make those purchases. That isn't the only time MPFCU has saved my skin. They have also called me to alert me a payment was clearing when I had insufficient funds in my account (Hey it happens to the beat of us) just so I could add money in time to avoid any fees or penalties. Carole and her member service reps will do the same for you. I will continue banking there for as long as I am around and you should too!

Great accounting firm for various financial needs. I've gotten my taxes done here for a few years…read morenow and I've been very happy with them every year since. My taxes aren't super difficult but they are more complicated than the average persons and this day and age you sure as heck better know what you're doing and I feel confident every year knowing Spag & Spag do my taxes because I know they'll be done right. Several years ago they ran the payroll for my company when we were first starting up almost 17 years ago and they did an excellent job at that as well so they do perform other financial services other than taxes too. Staff is always friendly and accommodating every time I go in. If your in the hunt for a new accountant, you're in good hands with Spag & Spag.

Jim worked on the biggest loan I've ever undertaken. How fortunate it was that he's the most…read moreefficient lending specialist I've ever worked with. The entire financing process was straightforward and transparent. No fluff, no unwanted salesmanship, no use of time that didn't seem flawlessly planned. We managed to do nearly everything over e-mail and text. The lone exception was a five-minute phone call. Jim's demeanor was pleasant and professional, but it's clear he knows how to operate efficiently and pragmatically to deliver quick effective solutions that fully address his clients' needs in the fast-moving world of finance. After eight previous mortgages, and multiple refinances, I thought I'd seen it all. Yet Jim managed to redefine excellence in lending.

After discovering I was being charged for a service I was unable to obtain benefits from, I repeatedly requested clarification and documentation regarding my policy. Despite multiple inquiries, I did not receive the information needed to understand the changes made to my coverage. When I informed Lee that I was still awaiting documentation for an open state insurance case, he responded by telling me to find another agent rather than helping resolve the issue. Based on my experience, there was little interest in problem‑solving or supporting an existing customer--only in acquiring new business. Potential customers should proceed with caution. This office's 2.5‑star rating exists for a reason.
