I have been doing my banking here for almost 12 years now and I have never looked back. Carole, the…read morebank manager, will bend over backwards to take care of all your banking needs. I have had car loans, personal loans, business loans, savings accounts, and checking accounts at Mohawk Progressive. They have great rates and no fee checking accounts as well as online banking. MPFCU is a small credit union where the member really does come first. They may not have all the latest techno services of the larger banks but they got it where it counts- and that's customer service. I remember a couple years ago my iTunes account was hacked and the thief started making several hundred dollar purchases over and over again to his fake account on iTunes that ended up totaling over $3000 dollars. Carole called me and alerted me to the activity and put a stop payment on my account before calling me. She knows me well enough to know I didn't make those purchases. That isn't the only time MPFCU has saved my skin. They have also called me to alert me a payment was clearing when I had insufficient funds in my account (Hey it happens to the beat of us) just so I could add money in time to avoid any fees or penalties. Carole and her member service reps will do the same for you. I will continue banking there for as long as I am around and you should too!

She is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my options and I am confident that I made the right decision with her help. I highly recommend State Farm for all of your insurance needs.

Like many other low‑star reviewers, I initially had a pleasant experience with Lee and his…read morereceptionist, Nicole. That changed once I needed to file a claim. After discovering I was being charged for a service I was unable to obtain benefits from, I repeatedly requested clarification and documentation regarding my policy. Despite multiple inquiries, I did not receive the information needed to understand the changes made to my coverage. When I informed Lee that I was still awaiting documentation for an open state insurance case, he responded by telling me to find another agent rather than helping resolve the issue. Based on my experience, there was little interest in problem‑solving or supporting an existing customer--only in acquiring new business. Potential customers should proceed with caution. This office's 2.5‑star rating exists for a reason.

My neighbor also has Kelly for an agent. When she checked her bill she had the same addition. I added a third car and Kelly again added the extra charge. Kelly eventually deleted the unwanted protection. I found her office was often closed during business hours and sometimes the secretary was the only one there but could only offer limited help. I switched agents.
