Although fees are assessed in every transaction, but they understand and correct any complaint... I…read moresaid earlier that I am tired with this bank, but after I talked with Kevin (a manager in the Bank) he advised me and gave me all the help attention to keep my money and reversed one fee. Thanks a lot.

This bank has proven to me that they are terrible, misleading, conceded scum. I only opened my…read moreaccount with these jokers after being offered a kickback reward for putting up with their lackluster services for the better part of 6 months (to avoid a late term fee) and meet some arbitrary requirements. Visited this branch today to wait around for a while and be told that I did not, in fact, meet thee requirements because of some misleading legalize wording. Instead of "paying my bills online," I was supposed to use their janky, stab-in-the-dark-and-pray-the-numbers-you-entered-somehow-miraculously-sheperd-your-funds-into-the-correct-corporate-cocksuckers-pocket system. This was never explained to me or made in clear at any point during the initial account setup (which blindsided me with a $40 fee for some bullshit points to dollars uneven exchange rewards program thing that I needed to enroll in to receive this promo money). So now I'm out $200 bucks I was counting on and the bank representative has the audacity to hide behind a little piece of paper and tell me that I would be charged an early term fee if I closed my account. Apparently waiving a small fee (for the bank at least, not my poor pockets) is not worth potentially keeping a return customer in the future after I had been misled and enraged anyway. So long story short, KeyBank are an inefficient, dodgy, slow, and all around incompetent group of morons. Thanks for nothing. I'll be closing my account as soon as you won't tax me for putting up with your garbage online banking system. EVEN BANK OF AMERICA WAS MORE FRIENDLY. Thanks for nothing.

They are liars and scammers. I have been asking to push my missing payment from 2023 to the back of my loan for months now and they wouldn't do it for me. Interesting.

We met Alexis B there and she saved us a ton of money. Not only did she get us approved for the vehicle we were looking at she was able to refinance the other two auto loans that we have and save us money each month without extending the term. We then looked into debt consolidation and saved money there as well. Alexis goes above and beyond for her customers and has a great personality. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, do a debt consolidation or refinance the vehicles they currently have. I recommended her to family and friends because I trust her and she just goes above and beyond for her customers. She is that good!
