They had someone doing orders who was clearly new and sorry to say, had no idea what she was doing. One lady was helping her but by asking her questions and the girl still was lost. She took forever to find the lady in front of me's order. She asked for her ID two times, at least while I was there, and the other lady, in my opinion should have just taken over. For me, she didn't even know that it's search my last name. She realized when it was my turn and another worker was there who stepped in and was finding the stuff. I used to work at an ulta, and I know how hectic it can get but I don't think it's smart planning on management's part to have someone inexperienced/new.
