Another great experience at Naya's latest opening. The staff is welcoming and friendly, which is not the most common at a fast casual spot. The mini hot appetizers are perfect if you're looking for a satisfying little bite, the bowls are filling and fresh and the side pita is some of the best in the game. The quality you get for the price is great and Naya is one of the more affordable fast casual spots in NYC. This location has a few seating options - some counter barstools at the windows and a large communal table. I would definitely recommend Naya for a healthy, quick meal in the area.

I placed an order at 10:43, scheduled for delivery at 11:50. It's already 12:10, and the order isn't ready, even though the system shows it as "complete." I contacted the delivery service, and they confirmed the order isn't ready. Then I tried calling the restaurant. On the first attempt, a staff member said they'd check and just hung up. I called again, and on the third try, someone finally picked up. When I asked what the problem was, the person started yelling for no clear reason and hung up again. This is not the first time this has happened. The delivery drivers always say the order isn't ready, even though it should be. Completely unacceptable service. Update: The order was finally delivered at 12:30, 40 minutes later than the scheduled delivery time.

TLDR: come here instead of the Cava down the street. Everything is better (for now since it is a grand opening)z similar flavors to Cava. Came here for lunch with some coworkers and it wasn't too busy. Passed by a few weeks when it was open only for pickup and knew that I had to visit and try. All I can say is wow. The food is amazing, portions are EXTREMELY generous and the price is pretty reasonable. The store itself is a bit small so make sure you come during off peak lunch hours. I had a rice base with chicken shawarma and a bunch of their toppings. All I can say is that the flavors are there, the freshness is there and, most importantly, the generous portions are there. If this place continues to provide this high standard of care to its food, the cava up the street will be going out of business very soon. I paid $14 for a bowl here and was actually struggling to finish my food. I've paid over $17 for a bowl at Cava and always wonder if I got scammed...

First time trying Naya and pleasant surprised! I dropped in on Saturday, so admittedly I missed the weekday office crowd, and there was still a one of 10 customers that quickly cleared. The staff was friendly and calm while quickly fulfilling each customer's orders. The space is also open and airy and had plenty of seating. Layout was easy to navigate and the decor was mostly wood, giving the industrial look warmer vibes. There is a small set of stairs to get from where customers order to the seating area so it's not entirely accessible. Lastly and most importantly, the food is pretty good! Both the quinoa and rice bases are well cooked and each grain is separated. The salad greens and vegetables are crisp and fresh. And the protein options are heavily seasoned, and some would find them a bit oily. However if you're hungry, they're exactly what hits the spot. I highly recommend their hummus as a topping and all three sauces are delicious.

Big healthy portions, fast service, and plenty of seating. Of the proteins, the beef is the best.

The hype is real, as I saw on IG that this was a very popular place to come for lunch around Wall St. I got a chicken shawarma rice bowl and got almost ALL the fresh toppings to try everything out. Was NOT disappointed! Even their pita chips were delicious. This is the best Mediterranean fast food I've been in NYC so far, and will be returning alot to try more of the different proteins.

SERVICE - located in the same building as the Hyatt on the intersection of Wall st and Pearl st - no restrooms inside - good amount of seating for individuals or small groups - orders meant for takeout - good option for quick lunch or dinner - servers were nice and helpful in deciding what to order - will promptly tell you to leave when closing time hits MENU - build your own Mediterranean bowl or wrap with some hot appetizers - vegan options available - average price ($14 per bowl) FOOD - spinach fatayer (3/10): fried pastry filled with sautéed spinach. This appetizer has nothing spectacular about it. The spinach was bland and the pastry was also bland. There could have been something even as simple as lemon or garlic to give it an added boost of flavor. - pumpkin kibbeh (7/10): mini fried ball of bulgur and pumpkin stuffed with chickpeas. This was a more flavorful appetizer. Kibbeh is usually made with beef so having a vegan one was a nice way to introduce the flavors to a wider audience. I especially liked the chickpeas on the inside as they felt like an unexpected but pleasant surprise. - falafel bowl (7/10): quinoa and greens base with falafel and all the vegan friendly toppings. Since we went near closing time, they had run out of a few toppings but I was still able to get a lot of variety. They are very generous with giving six falafel pieces per bowl. I liked doing the combination of quinoa and greens as the greens added freshness while the quinoa was more filling. I would have preferred the jalapeños to be pickled and chopped finer since the fresh ones were hard to mix into the rest of the bowl. WOULD I GO BACK? Yes but only for the bowls as a healthy and fast lunch option.

Great fresh food you could pick as many toppings as you like. Very friendly people the three cheese appetizer roll is the best.

Naya is one of my favorite places to go to for fast affordable healthy meal. When I heard that they are opening up on Wall Street, I waited on line for almost two hours. Staff were friendly and everything look spotless. The only issue is that this location does not have a bathroom but there are plenty of indoor and out door seating. Each bowl is about $11. The beef and the lamb is a dollar more and it comes with a soft pita bread. The chicken was juicy and all the toppings were fresh. Way to go Naya.

Fantastic that Naya chose to open a location on Wall St! Food is as delicious as at the Brookfield Palace location and the staff was very friendly, offering to make fresh falafel when they had run out right before we placed our orders. Only downsides are the lack of a bathroom, and the indoor seating as limited with half the seats being highly tops along the windows.

It was a little hard to hear and converse at times as it gets crowded, but the food was delicious and there are really unique items on the menu. Food: The duck shawarma was one of our favorites! The lamb and scallops were also flavorful and tender. The dips were delicious with the pita, but I wish the serving size for the dips were bigger. The fries were great - well seasoned! Also recommend the milky pudding, it was a nice refreshing way to end the dinner. Service: Our server was super helpful in letting us know what items are more shareable and his suggestions for cocktails. Definitely try some of the arak based cocktails. Vibe: Gorgeous interior, the mirrors and lighting really elevates the space and makes it a lovely spot for group dinners or dates.

The seating area is fairly small, which surprised me. We ordered the crispy garlic rice, the Piri Piri chicken sandwich, and the famous knefeh and chicken pancake. The server was so nice, she offered us a sample of the seasonal lemonade, which had rose water and turmeric. It did take a little bit of time for all the food to come out. We chit-chatted while we shared the garlic rice (a little crunchy, very mild) and the chicken sandwich. The PiriPiri sandwich came with a huge piece of fried chicken that was spiced and fried well. The chicken was juicy and not super dry. The little bit of pickled cabbage helped keep things from becoming too greasy. After a bit of wait, the pancake was served. It was such a fun experience with the crunchy kadayif noodles and the cheese hidden underneath a super fluffy pancake. The salty and cheesy flavors of the pancake went well with the rose maple syrup. The spice from the chicken added another note to the dish that made it such a great combo of flavor. I could not stop picking at this huge pancake. It's definitely meant to be eaten by at least two, if not three. If we had known, we probably wouldn't have ordered the other chicken sandwich. Overall the contrast in the chicken and knafeh pancake alone was enough to want me to visit again. The textural crunch, the melted pull of the cheese, the sweet syrup against salty and spicy flavors of the chicken. Not only was the whole presentation beautiful, but the dish itself tasted amazing. I would visit Hen House again for the experience.

The fig hummus is something special. Smooth, perfectly balanced with tahini, and unlike anything I've had before. My brother called it the best hummus he's ever had, and honestly I licked the plate clean! The falafel plate deserves its own moment. Warm, crispy on the outside, perfectly moist on the inside, and just the right amount of richness. Paired with the sauce, fresh salad, and rice, it was easily one of the most memorable meals I've had this year. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully put together. Truly some of the best falafel I've ever had. What really took the experience to another level was the service. After we paid, our waitress noticed I had blisters from breaking in new shoes and brought me two bandaids without me even asking. That kind of attention to detail is rare, if I could give 6 stars I would! They are also incredibly accommodating with dietary needs. When the waitress heard my brother was gluten free, she immediately brought out a new plate with double salad instead of rice. Fattoush goes above and beyond in every way. An unforgettable meal and experience. I cannot recommend it enough. I will absolutely be back to try more. Also a beautiful & quiet place to sit with friends or family.
